We had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean Sands Hotel, that my daughter booked as a present. It turned out to be an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for the entire stay. The Ocean Sands Hotel boasted a breathtaking location right on the pristine beach. Our room was nothing short of magnificent. It was spacious, elegantly furnished, and overlooking the ocean. The culinary experience at the Ocean Sands Hotel was equally impressive. The attentive staff took care of our every need and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Beyond the luxurious accommodations and top-notch amenities, what truly made our stay memorable was the genuine hospitality.

Hotel itself was fine. I had booked online, got a room in the hotel, got a phone call later to say the room should not have been on the website & the hotel was full. I was offered a room in their Guest House. It was damp, smelled musty, just a shower cubicle & toilet, sink was in the bedroom. No hot water for a shower in the morning-had to ring Reception to get that sorted. So disappointed. I came from London doing a ‘Memory trip’ in honour of my Mam & Dad & this is where our whole family stayed for a weekend to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. I got money off the stay, but didn’t make up for the disappointment.

See above. If this is the only option if the hotel is full, customers need to know what they’re getting & should pay a much lower price.

it was very clean and the Christmas decorations were beautiful

the hotel was freezing cold. I had to ring down twice to ask them to turn the heat on and as a result myself and my family all have nasty head colds now. not happy

We were there for a wedding and it was a little hit and miss with the bar staff. you had to make sure you got the right one and avoided the guy who looked/behaved like he didn't want to be there working.
