Location was incredible, great views of the beach and the mountains, the location was spacious even thought the layout of the apartment seemed a bit off...

Noisy neighbours, windows let all the sound in, we had problems with the water boiler the first night and the bed made a bit of noise, however, it was a pretty comfortable bed

Swimming pool was closed. Local supermarket is very small and very expensive.

i clearly paid for an apartment with sea view on TOP FLOOR and we got one at floor 1. the view was then totally different than what promised on the pictures. view on swimming pool instead of on the beautiful ocean directly. We were close to alone in the entire building (traveled in December) and they were not even flexible on check in and check out time. Also why not giving us the best apartment when we are nearly alone there ?? - please let people know in advance that the fireplace runs on wood. we don’t usually travel with wood. - salt, pepper, sugar and some coffee would be the bare minimum to add to the kitchen

Location to beach was amazing. Make sure you pay extra and get a sea view. Apartment was good too.

Basic equipment for cooking. Some staff were not helpful at all. They allow kids to book apartments, so there was a party one night with very loud music.

the bed and mattress are not comfortable at all it is one of those spring mattress that feels like kicking you off the bed the drain in the second bath wasn’t working properly and one time I spent one hour drying water on the floor it went out the bath to the bed room

Troia is always beautiful, and these are the closest properties to the beach. They're spacious and quiet. The main hotel staff was very friendly. Excellent choice of toiletries brand.

Room was not exactly in the same block or location as the pictures. Check-in is done in another hotel, a bit far from the apartments. Not the exact same block as in the pictures. Not much view. Beds could be more comfortable.

A good location just overlooking the beaches around Troia. It’s worth paying a little extra to get a nicer place, as twice for me these ended up being two bed apartments with balconies, sea views and separate living rooms and kitchens for a few euros more than a normal room! (Although advertised still as just one bed rooms!)

Coffee machines were included in the apartments but didn’t include any coffee pods which (though a very small thing) would have been nice for the cost. The WiFi passwords weren’t written down for you, you needed to find the router somewhere in the cupboards to get it.

Near El Cristo, a nice fish restaurant with excellent service. A place like that is hard to find in Portugal.

Not a 4 STAR place at all. 4000€ a week and not even a welcome gift or basic amenities. Exactly 2 small soap bars, 1 body lotion, and 1 soap for the clothes. No basic amenities at a 4 place apartment… No drying rack so clothes need to be dried on chairs which is not OK. Cleaning service should be better organised. Furniture: see pictures. Finishing touches are not taken care of. Cables under TV visible as for TOILET from the bedroom as there is a transparent separation.

Great overall experience, close to the beach, apartment was huge and modern. part of a resort with good facilities. Sea views, silent inside and good insulation from the outside

Spacious apartment. Rooms can be fully darkened. Big garden. Really nice kiddie pool for our son and close to the beach.

Nothing much to do in the area. Groceries extremely expensive
