the staff was kind and helpfull.
i mean its embarassing how old it is. the walls are dirty, the bathroom looks like something thats about to break. And upon arrival my room stunk of smoking, im not even sure it had a smoke detector

Nice spacious room with a decent en-suite.

Underground cheap parking very close by. Room was warm even when it was v cold outside. Close to centre of town. Lots of kebab takeaways close by..ask which is best 1!!
The bathroom was a small moulded pod within the room.

Location, central and easy to get around town from. The receptionist on the next morning was very nice and helpful.
On arrival the receptionist was not very welcoming. I felt I was disturbing her. I didn't realise that the bathroom was in a cupboard, very compact and a bit tight to shower in. Someone had left open sachets of shower gel in the soap holder. No hand towel.

It was clean and good emplacement
No wifi in the room, limit in the hall, toooo freaking noisy i couldn’t sleep it was like sleeping in the street, too hot no AC. The tv wasn’t working neither.
So imagine staying in a room with no tv and no wifi.

The position was good
Not comfortable at all, the staff was rude, and impossible to sleep too much noise

It was cheap and easy to find in front of the train station of Valence.
The staff sounded as if they couldn't care less. The facilities could do more work, my room was very depressing, it looked like a worn of student dormitory. For an extra 10€ I would've gotten an actual decent room.

The bedroom was comfortable, clean and bright. A little basic but everything I needed that night. A comfortable and clean bed with fresh linen. A bathroom that was a little compact but clean and functional.
At the reception area there was a pretty horrible smell, a little like sewage or toilet type smell. A minor thing.
