Excellent value for money. Everything you expect from a standard city centre hotel but at a cheaper cost than most others. Check-in was super easy and quick. A lift was avalaible to carry out heavy bags to the room and the room itself was spacious, clean and equipped with a comfortable bed. The breakfast (€10 pp extra) was delicious and even included smoked salmon and eggs prepared on request.

You can only connect to the Wifi with one device per person. This could be improved.

Great location, just in the city center! And close to the train station, can get to everywhere by walking. The room is comfortable and has enough space for solo traveler.

Location in city centre Okay for emergency stays

1.No AC/Fan, super warm in summer 2. Super loud when a window is open, hard to sleep in the night 3. Carpet flooring not clean enough, triggers allergy 4. No house keeping during stay. Even when I asked for house keeping on my 2nd day, they only changed the towels and made the bed, but did not change bedsheets, empty bins or vaccumed the floor 5. No kettle in room 6. Noone at reception after 10 PM 7. Hotspot style WiFi did not work with my office laptop's VPN. So not ideal for remote working. I paid 180 EUR for 2 nights - Too expensive for the facilities offered.

I‘ve stayed here five times in the last few months. very close to the train station in the heart of the shopping centre. The staff were always very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here for future visits to Bielefeld.

Hotel looks a bit shabby on the outside - but the room was actually quite nice. Nothing luxurious, but very good value for money. Very clean, bed was comfy. While the location is right in the middle of the city, my room was quiet. Great access to central railway station and the main bus hub in Bielefeld.
