Location is great. Hotel garden is very nice.

Rooms are very old. Bathroom and bedroom not nice and not comfratable. This is not 4 stars hotel, maybe 1-2 stars.

+ bus stop across the street + Bycicle rent on reception + Relaxing area around the hotel

- no free water in a room - no fridge in a room - bad pillows

The hotel location was perfect near to the Spreewald Thermen, the personal was extremely nice, the room with sauna is a must, the bio food was delicious.

Small, dark and damp rooms that don't improve by having canopy beds. Linen was not clean and teared off. By far the most expensive accommodation on our Spree tour to Berlin, but far from being the best.

The outside area is lovely with a pond and also the "garden" is nice to chill- Though not a garden but rather a spacious lawns with roofed wicker beach chairs but very nice!

Rooms are tiny, dark and overpriced. Bathroom is also tiny. Food at restaurant is also uninspired and overpriced

The staff was great: very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was abundant and really very good. The place itself has a nice feeling...and the restaurant even offers local cuisine and even vegan meals!

The room was small but adequate, nice old-fashioned bed with curtains, but the mattress was very hard for my taste. And next time I would definitely try to get a room that faces the courtyard instead of the street...

We came here the second time as we liked it a lot the first time around. The rooms are beautifully decorated & give a nice atmosphere. The dinner at the own restaurant is absolutely tasty with a very creative menu and wonderful place to sit outside in summer next to the lake. The breakfast is just wonderful only prepared with local produce. We were allowed to lock our bicycles in the bike garage.

We had checked on the pictures to make sure we get the view or access to the garden in the back. Unfortunately we got booked upstairs in the building next to the parking & street which was very noisy and less enjoyable to relax outside after a day full of activity. As the rooms were under the roof with pretty much no window, it was also not possible to enjoy the fresh air. We had arrived early and ask for a change, but were told it is not possible. Too bad. It did not feel value for money this time around.
