Beautiful hotel. Everyone was so courteous and they go out of there way to make sure you're comfortable. Room was clean with all the pampering. Nupur at our dinner was very pleasant and attentive. Great stay !

The property is about 140 years old, and has rich history. Maintained impeccably with the exceptional Oberoi service. The staff was always happy to help, did not ever say no to any help we needed. Our 3 year old was well taken care of. Would highly recommend.

The hotel retains its history well. It’s comfortable, stylish and in a good location. To a person the staff were friendly and helpful.

All meals served were very good. Quality and presentation at the dinner table was quite pleasent. Service was above our satisfaction. God bless you all. Keep on doing such a good job.

The Oberoi group really knows how to take Customer service to another level and the Cecil encapsulates that..we were made to feel so welcome...every request or requirement was taken care of..will surely recommend Cecil to anyone looking to relax in this oasis in the hustle and bustle of the town

every thing was immaculate. The staff was more than courteous- ranging from the front desk, to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff including the Senior Chef Raj Kumar

The old world charm and hospitality
Location was a little far from the mall road and there is no real view

Staff were extremely courteous. Probably the best model of customer service one can ask for. Not a time goes by when the staff are not attending to your every need. This type of service and values this hotel upkeep is beyond excellence. Our kids had great fun at the activity Centre and interacting with the hotel staff. We adults had a great time with the ambience and even warmer courtesy extended by the staff in every aspect of our stay.
Once you experience Oberoi Cecil you will hardly have anything to complain about.

Everything was just perfect, the staff cooperativeness is exceptional, they would take care of the minutest of details to make sure you do not feel any discomfort at all. Food , room service, house keeping, everything is just what you expect from a five star property
I am really not able to find out anything bad about this property, My whole family enjoyed our stay here with all praises and nothing bad to say for sure
