Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hat für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten. Genialer Indoor- und Outdoor-SPA-Bereich, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Nette und stets hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter:innen an der Rezeption, die einen auch mit guten Wandertipps versorgen. Sehr geräumige Zimmer, in denen man sich auch gut bei Regen aufhalten kann.

Unflexibles und angestrengt freundliches Personal beim Frühstück, das sichtlich genervt reagiert, wenn man sich nicht an den vorgegebenen Platz setzen möchte (das ist in dieser Preiskategorie mehr als ärgerlich!). Zwar schöner Blick in den Garten, dieser verstellt jedoch die Sicht auf die Berge. Lärm von Hauptverkehrsstraße in Meran ist bei offenem Fenster deutlich zu hören.

the bathroom is too small and there are no hangers for the soap in the shower.. the bed was not comfortable

The big amount of facilities. Very tasteful environment. The wonderful view. The quality of the food and the very friendly staff.

WiFi was quite weak

Great staff, the building was clean and the view from the room was amazing.

Hotel Marlena is conveniently located, and there was ample and easy parking. The polls are great, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully, which gave us great sleep in the middle of a heat wave.

The welcome staff was oddly reticent, whether we spoke English or German. Making more of an effort to be welcoming and proactive with basic information would make a good place to stay a great place to stay.
