Excellent staff! Such a sweet town with gorgeous views.

The beds could have been a bit comfier with a thicker sheet but in the summer it would be perfect

Breakfast was better than expected. Great location. The views on the deck were beautiful and the walk into town was very short.

We rented two rooms. The refrigerator worked in one room but not the other.

Very friendly staff, beautiful location, literally steps away from the historic city centre. Room with balcony and beautiful view of the bay. Working air conditioning (a must on hot days). Within the possibilities in the city and quiet. We didn't use the pool, but it came out clean. Functional mini fridge in room, cools well, great for storing medication.

Our room was quite small, when travelling for a longer period of time with more luggage reduces comfort. Slightly monotonous breakfast. At check-in, they will recommend an inrestaurant and in which you have a one-time discount. The restaurant is not bad, the food is tasty, however, in the historic city center you can find a better one with minimal price difference.

Breakfast was typical Italian, very nice .Personal very friendly kind ,helpful . We got at the location early hours in the morning ,everything was set for us to get inside with no trouble whatsoever .

Only suggestion they’re bathrooms need updating , apart from this it’s a beautiful place to stay in.

Shower not good. Hot/cold impossible to arrange. Room 209. Main Light switch in room not working. White bread at breakfast old. All very nice people. But price high for what is offered.

Nice sunset view from the balcony. There are rooms with very big balconys facing southwest, our was rather tiny but had the best view.

The restaurant was closed due to missing staff, pool was closed as well. None of this was marked online and none of this affected the room price. This was quite disappointing as the nice restaurant pics where a reason for choosing this location.

Remarkably knowledgeable and helpful staff in a nice, well located hotel. Massa Marittima is a charming city. Very good breakfast and WiFi. A repeat stay for us.

The larger room were most comfortable, the smaller rooms are really small. I personally find the hard Italian beds uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the restaurant, which in previous stays has been superb was closed.

The bathroom had some minus points: a crack in the bidet, on the wall in the shower there was a silicon stain from trhe old shower and the water pressure on 2nd floor was low. It was a lttle noisy from the corridor in the morning.

The Hotel is ok, clean and good situation. They have a nice biker on and a great welcoming for cyclist. The big difference was Armando, his hospitality is beyond any speciation. People like him makes the difference. Thanks!

Great location, short walk into the town centre. Very nice and helpful staff, we had some good laughs with Armando and he is very helpful and pleasant. The pool is very nice, kept very clean and we could get drinks and snacks brought out all day.

Bed is very hard and creaky, the walls are in desperate need of painting, and given they have a pool they should provide pool towels, we had to go and buy some in the local shop. Breakfast is nice, but no variety and when certain foods like eggs and bananas ran out they were not replenished.

The whole staff of the hotel is exceptionally friendly, the manager is supporting wherever he can. Rooms are basic but clean, WIFI works as it should. Breakfast is basic but sufficient and the products have a good quality. The location could not be better in my opinion: It is a quiet area with plenty of parking lots, and you reach the old town in 5 minutes on foot. A spacious and locked room for bikes is available as well. I started all mountainbike tours from there, Monte Arsenti on one side and famous Canyon-Trail on the other are easily accessible from there.

The room was on the ground floor and there was not much natural light. The shower cubicle leaked which caused a small flood on the bathroom floor.

Nicely located, free parking, close to downtown, motivated staff trying to opt for better room, which had been very much appreciated, good breakfast.
