the place was acceptable, the bedroom worked, and we felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast was ready in time and every day. cleaning staff was welcoming and would ask us if we wanted just new towels even if we didn't want the rooms clean .

the price matched that of some fancier hotels but the services were more on the basic side. a very non-luxurious experience, but fits with what was expected .

as soon as we entered the room we were hit by high temperature. straight away we turn the AC on. it didn’t feel like it does anything. night was very hard to cope. we didn’t sleep most of it due to being overheated. it seemed like you were in a sunny shed. next morning I reported it to the receptionist. she did admit that I wasn’t the first person saying that. she said she can’t do anything apart from sending an email to the directors. she mentioned that probably it wont be fixed until Monday. next day and next night was horrible too. heat was killing us even though temperature outside wasn’t that high. while checking out I said to the receptionist that temperature was still the same and we will never come back. she didn’t say a word. stayed silent not even a sorry or partial refund. we were with a child who wasn’t coping well being in that hot room suffering with his illness. customer service poor. price was too high for suffering that and staff being absolutely useless . wont recommend and wont come back

The hotel is quite noisy. I woke up with doors slamming and people walking in the corridor.

Pillows in room were particulalry small and not very supportive - asked reception for more and they obliged so all was good

clean and central location. reception staff mostly rude and miserable. restaurant and housekeeping staff very nice and helpful.

the pillows were the worst ever. lots of people complained at reception. staff just looked blank and no response from them. water in bottles in room, seal open and topped up tap water. not good practice.

the room was pretty small, the bed was not super comfortable and there weren’t enough plugs around the bed and room.

The hotel was very clean, and comfortable, had everything we needed to have on a business trip, and was an easy walk to all the places we needed to visit. Highly recommended!
