The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fantastic, great choice of options.

Room view, not great. Sad the pool was not available but sometimes construction/maintenance is expected. Location is ok, not in the heart of Barcelona but easy enough access to buses almost outside and metro 3blocks away.

The location was perfect for our trip (Auditorium Forum, Digital Arts Centre). The breakfact had sufficient variety.

Some amenties in the room were not in order (trash bin, lamp, handle of a door). The key was not extended until the end of our stay (by mistake we think).

faraway from the city center and is not directly on the beach as I thought. no Blankets, although I asked, they did not supply. there was one stored blanket on the shelf, was not clean and stinky

Really nice service, high quality breakfast, staff always had times for questions and queries. If our sponsoring organization wasn't paying for a stay at AC Marriott we would have preferred to spend our entire time in Barcelona here!

Location was a little isolated from center of town events, but really well situated for CCIB and associated events.

We didn't need anything outside of the room/bathroom, and those were fantastic. It's also located wonderfully, only a 7 minute walk to the metro, and surrounded by food areas/stores, and only a 10minute walk to a mall. We got three key cards so we could all have access to the room too. The room had enough plugs for all our electronics, and also had USB plugs.

My bed in particular was weak - I got bruises from the springs in the mattress. I heard from my friends who used the pool that it was smaller than they had expected. Took us a while to get used to the air conditioning system - we didn't realise it worked using the room temperature and how cold it could get (we all asked for blankets since the sheets were so thin).

The staff were very friendly and the rooms, dining area, bar and pool areas were always clean.

We walked into the town everyday. if you aren’t as mobile then the location may be a problem for you, taxi’s into the town we’re roughly 7-15€ . the rooms were lovely but you hear everything, people walking the halls, cases being moved, babies crying, if the rooms were soundproof it would have been miles better. i was woken every morning really early due to noise in the hotel. the pool terrace was nice and clean, but the ladders into the pool and surrounding composite decking could do with slight maintenance as it’s very flimsy and doesn’t give you confidence getting in and out of the pool.

The hotel was close to shops, Metro, 10 mins walk to the sea plenty of restaurants over all a good place to stay, Friendly staff

The shower and the beds could have been better

The hotel was really close the the beach, which was nice. The Subway L4 was quite close as well so the location was great. Breakfast was good, they changed it up slightly every day. Room was clean and cleaned everyday. An iron and an ironing board was available upon request. The staff was really helpful and nice.

The Wi-Fi was pretty bad. Connection wasn’t very stable and it was fairly slow.

The amount charged, did not match the amount that was quoted when booking. Further, we paid more that double for a family room, when compared to a single room. We paid approximately £200 extra, just to have an adjoining room. Our children are too young to have separate rooms from us.
