Hotel venido a menos con grandes espacios para pasear, aparcamiento gratuito. Frigorífico en la habitación. Había varios clientes con perros y en ningún momento se les oía ni molestaban.
La mosquitera de la única de las tres ventanas que existía estaba rota, segundo día visita a urgencias por picaduras de mosquito. Largos pelos durante tres días que estaban al llegar en el baño y se quedaron al irnos, limpieza totalmente nula. Una hoja en el suelo de la habitación que continuaba allí durante tres días.
Camareras de piso que se ponen a hablar a las 8,30 de la mañana en el pasillo sin dejar descansar. Entra la camarera de piso, en la habitación sin llamar. Al llegar pregunté si había alguna cata interesante por la zona y me preguntaron que si de vinos. Ruidos de agua en las tuberías. Aire acondicionado con temperatura fija, o te asabas cual pollo o te quedabas helado.

No bar, or restaurant available during our stay. There was a huge wedding taking place when we visited so maybe that took priority. We had to walk into town to find a restaurant in the evening. About 1km, so no big deal.

Very price worthy. We got a big, quiet suite and a very good breakfast. Plenty of room at the parking place for those who come by car. If you are walking the Camino, first follow the Camino through the center of the town and then make a small detour to the hotel.
We were walking the Camino and there was a sign in the North East part of the town stating the distance to the hotel was 150 meters. In fact the distance was 1200 meters.

Considering how big it was and the amount of land around it,no cafeteria or restaurant,we had
been travelling all day and was in need of nourishment,was told that we would have to travel into Navarette which meant leaving our fully loaded car in an unsecure area,full of our winter clothes (England)and a lot of family Xmas presents.

Easy to find, felt safe location for the car, free overnight parking.
Noisy air con being used for heating, kept switching it off but it kept coming back on again. Arrived at 8.15pm told we couldn't go to the restaurant until 9.30pm. Eating at 10pm too late for me. Restaurant wasn't even that busy.
Seems to be no sound proofing in the hotel, very noisy can hear guests coming in late and getting up at 6am...

We love the location - very quiet but still close to motorway. We always stay here on our way from Barcelona to catch the ferry to Portsmouth from either Bilbao or Santander.

Stayed there in July. There was no Bar but did get a evening meal. This time in August, no Bar but now no evening meal facility after a long day travelling! Not good.

Perfect location for a stop over. Close to the highway and to the village. Parking gate closes at night. Big confortable rooms. Lots of outdoor space. Good breakfast too
They charged the same for adult and child breakfast (6, 8 and 10y). It was not overly expensive so all in all it was a fair price

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds
We were expecting them to Jane a restaurant for evening meal which they didn’t but we went to another excellent one in the town ( Sala) that allowed dogs so it turned out to be perfect.
