Great location, clean, easy to park which is an issue in some parts of Calpe. Amazing Spa, but you have to pay extra to use.

Rooms a bit dated, no kettle with tea and coffee in room which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. worst hair dryer ever in the room. Bring your own, again not what you would normally get in a 4 star hotel.

Welcome reception; clean room

Childrens group in dining room who were loud, running around and not supervised around the buffet. Not acceptable in a four star hotel

I liked the room and location reasonable on drinks

the bar staff young lad was rude and don’t know why he is still there but the girl was lovely no mini bar even thou there is a fridge so had no water as forgot but thought the fridge would be replenished with the x2 bottles of water that was in it ??

Location is great and staff working in the reception was kind.

Wifi was super slow, same as elevators (2 out of 4 were usually out of order). Lady doing omelettes was present 2 times out of 7 days, towels remained unchanged for 3 days despite lying on the floor. Marta working at the spa refused to let me in at 7.15 pm (which is theoretically open until 8 pm), because „it was too late”. She also spoke almost no English + entry fee for the pool was 24€ (funny). Coffee was pretty awful and pancakes were also available 2 times out of 7 days. It was hard to find a table in the morning as 50% of the tables are reserved for cycling teams or companies.

very modern, clean and great location. Excellent breakfast.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. No general information in the room about facilities etc. The main disappointment was to find that the use of the spa facilities, heavily featured in the images on Booking.com, were not included in our booking. in order to use them it would have been an additional €24 each per day. The car parking was also an additional €14 per day. So the two night stay proved a lot more costly than we envisaged.

The adjoining room you could see people walking past the door and hear them. It wasn't very private.

The location and the breakfast

The rooms were very dated and the bed hard n uncomfortable.

Spacious public spaces, pleasant and helpful staff, location. Children obviously looked after.

The staff were quite dismissive when approached about issues. Took nearly an hour to get an iron to our room and we had a suite. Maybe it's the language barrier but they would get quite narky if you came to them with issues. I must say though Carolina at the front desk was fantastic when we approached her. Having said all that, the hotel is in a good location, close to the beach and other areas of the town. Hotels was fairly nice but nowhere near worth the price and my wife and I are not fussy people at all.

we have stayed here before and things are nos as good now. No A/C for for first two nights and given several different reasons why not. turned on after asking 4 times but even then not great. few other issues never a sorry.

the food is very bland and not hot, having been before it evident that cutbacks are in place, I would happily pay more for better quality

great location, very nice staff, nice looking hotel.

the breakfast buffet was not great. the level of the food is more 3 star than 4 star. that can be improved the lifts are very busy. that is because of the number of cyclists and bikes being taken back to the room. i was part of a cycling group. the lift capacity was not enough during the morning rush hour with families going for breakfast and cyclists going out with their bikes in the lift a dedicated safe cycle store for all bikes on the ground floor or in the garage would be welcome and make a massive improvement on lift capacity in the mornings.
