Very nice villa, with great pool and terrace. Almost everything you need. Including washing machine and dishwasher. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Staff very welcoming and responsive. We nice welcolem package provided, which was appreciated (Spanish products).Need a car for moving around.

The villa furniture/bathroom fixtures are a bit outdated, and the shower in our second bathroom was extremely small. We got ants in the kitchen, but if you make an effort to keep things clean, they'll eventually disappear. Also, nothing provided in terms of dishwasher/washing machine pads or dishwasher liquids. Location is a bit far out from Son Bou but doable walking (be mindful it's on top of a steep hill, so the return can be challenging, especially in the heat. Neighbours are relatively close, so if you have a louer group nextdoor can be annoying, but when we stayed, most people were indoors by 23:00.

The property was clean, the pool was not heated, but warmed up once the sun was out. There were plenty of sun loungers and areas to sit both in the sun and the shade. As it is in Torre Solli Nou, there are great views, slightly curtailed in our case by Hotel Valentin. The jacuzzi pool at one end of the pool was a nice addition. The interior of the villa had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully functional and we could easily have cooked a meal there, we didn’t!

Private, very good size, lots of towels provided. Good amount of kitchen utensils. Loved the welcome packs, these are great and wish everyone did these.

Outside shower didn’t work, extractor in kitchen didn’t work and shower screen in bathroom leaked water

I was sent a link a few days before my arrival which allowed me to check in on line with all my guests passport details which made the day of arrival faster and easier. The staff at the reception were very helpful and informed us of everything we needed to know and collecting the keys was fast and easy as well as drop off. We were leaving before the staff came on duty and the drop box for the key return was easy to use. The villa was immaculate and very clean, well stocked kitchen with all the basics for a self catering stay, great size and very comfortable stay. Great views of the sunset (villa 3).

The only thing I would suggest for this particular villa would be a pool net so we could scoop the pool every day of debris and the pool pump is not very strong and maybe needs adjusting. We were only there for 5 days so wasn't an issue but I feel if we were there any longer I may have asked the pool pump to be looked at or a (pool visit).

We enjoyed having a pool, sun beds, a table outside. The sofa was comfortable as well as the bed. Very good strong shower and hot water. The location was quiet

There were noisy pumps for swimming pools. The house was numbered 8A instead of 8. The sun bathing area was overlooked by neighbours. The ground around the villa was covered with plastic and gravel while most other villas have plants. A few more kitchen items would be good like a drying rack, a lemon press, more bowls. More lighting in the sitting room, better wifi.

Thr Villa was beautiful, very spacious, clean and had good amenities. Pool was clean, outside area was clean too. The place was also given a mid week clean which was great. Had enough crockery and pots and pans for a self catering holiday. We were also left a welcome pack with tea coffee, wine bottle and breakfast items. That was very thoughtful. Communication before arrival was very efficient and informative. Highly recommend.

Would have appreciated a few very basic amenities like salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher tablets and some washing powder. As it is hard to find smaller packs of those in the shops.
