Sometimes you have to wait for your room to be cleaned. My nightgown (white in colour) was accidentally taken along with the bed linen when it was changed and despite reporting this to the reception I never got it back. It’s not a big problem but still…

Good location and good view, personnel was friendly. Nice view from the balcony, I had no problem parking though slots are rather scarce for such a large hotel

The hotel needs renovation, rather old building, there is only one elevator very old. I took breakfast and dinner included. The food was just average but ok, the main point is that the dining room offers no ambiance, its just white walls with white lights, like a school canteen, and tables will be set only upon request. Matter of taste: animation for adults is rather unnecessary and could be annoying. A larger parking lot would be necessary as most passengers are reaching the area by car (it's not in immediately in Alcudia town).

Food, staff, cleanliness and location was perfect

All great abit noisy on italian festival day but no issues as everyone was enjoying themselves

Nice stay at the hotel, very calm, mostly adults visiting. The pool was big even we did not try and the bar is great. The beds were average but nice balcony and enough space for 2. A bit far from Muro Beach but if you want a quiet place, this is ideal

Had several problems with the hairdryer. They don’t offer frying an omelette, even though there was a “cook” at breakfast.
