Le personnel du bar et restaurant est très sympathique.

Ascenseur en panne un weekend de Pentecôte pour aller au 7eme étage, coupure d'eau tout l'après-midi. Odeur de remonter dégoût épouvantable dans la chambre nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte signalement au Personnel de l'Accueil très désagréable qui n'a rien fait ! Cheveux dans les lits, tâches sur les serviettes de bain,buffet très limité au niveau du choix,pas de yaourts,pas de pain aux chocolat et j'en passe. Vous n'avez même pas le temps de manger que le personnel enlève tout de suite votre assiette ! Toute les activités sont payantes. Ping pong 1€50 caution 20€ Vélo pas électrique 12€ la journée Mini golf 10€ Heureusement que nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits !

the room was fab, we had a superior room and it was PERFECT all newly renovated i couldnt fault this room for our family. our daughter is 12 and this room was big enough for her to have private space!

the view from the balcony was onto some housing flats. these werent very clean!

The staff at Hotel Marinada were very pleasant, espousing the bar staff and entertainment. My housekeepers were so joyous and although there was a language barrier they went out of their way to help, cleaning standards are impressive. The mini gold, and playground area was extremely good and being next to the pool it allowed you to enjoy a relaxing time whilst having your children in eyes view.

The food could be much better. Lacked flavour and sometimes the food was cold, when addressing it with staff it was promptly rectified. The entertainment was so lovely but extremely dated and slightly less interactive. The main host was lovely man and went out of his way to find songs we liked, karaoke night was so amazing!!!!

The kids loved the pool and kids entertainment, food choice was great, fish was lovely and fresh, decent facilities in the room, with a safe, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, kettle, housekeeping visited every day, plenty of fresh towels, good sized balcony, with table and chairs, and a rail to dry clothes. Prices at the bar and snack bar were very reasonable.

Check in process was slow. Beds a little too firm and pillows not great, all little things really.

at breakfast I was hoping to take a few items back to our room as my child and husband were asleep but was stopped at the door by the attendant I felt like a robber. I only wanted it one morning also the walls in the hotel are very thin can hear everything but the cleaning staff were excellent. the entertainment at night was only fair.

We liked that the room had good air conditioning as it is so warm in Salou that there was no breeze outside.

We did not like how the hotel made us feel like a burden for even staying in the hotel. Every morning staff entered our room even when we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door! This made us feel very uncomfortable. The staff were unable to speak English so it was not very clear to us why they entered our room and ignored the do not disturb sign. Another uncomfortable encounter we had with staff was when coming home from a meal one of the nights and the security asked us what our room number was, within ten minutes of getting to our room security followed us to our room to check if we had actually gone to our room. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience knowing that staff just had access to our room while we were sleeping and checking on our room one night to make sure we actually went to our room. It was very poor treatment and we will not be staying there again!
