The view to the Mediterranean Sea is astonishing. also very good location, facilities and very varied breakfast. Cleanliness and sympathy of staff was excellent!

swimming pool is so nice but it’s a pity to have so few sun umbrellas. this could be improved so guests can enjoy this space much more.

this place is unique we have visited it a few times - the view is stunning and the rooms are great - the private beach is wonderful and the restaurant at the beach is great.

unfortunately this time it was very clear that the place was severely under staffed. we had some problems with the air conditioning in our room and unfortunately that was never properly fixed and we could choose between it heating or freezing. but I still love the place.

The room was perfect for what we needed, and the pool was absolutely perfect! Very clean and room service did a great clean every day. Beautiful views from the pool, and also the restaurant balcony - full ocean view! Had a wonderful stay. Also there was a lift to help you get up and down instead of having to walk up and down the steep hill everyday (only noticed this on the 2nd day though, whoops!)

It was a shame there weren’t any food or drink options for you to enjoy by the pool, they only do breakfast and dinner, the rest of the time you have to go down to the beach restaurant. Also, definitely a huge shame that you have to pay extra to stay on the beds in the beach, and quite pricey as well- €50 per day some of them! would have that that would’ve been included.

The staff was kind and helpful. The view was great.

They charge 12 euros per night for parking. The towels smelled terrible.

An excellent breakfast buffet. Fresh fruit salad, unlimited coffee etc from machines which was surprisingly good quality. Fresh pastries as well as savoury options. We appreciated the vicinity to the beach - just take the lift down and cross the road. Lovely clean, blue sea and a well run "bagno" beach establishment with sun umbrellas and sunbeds, bar and informal restaurant offering salads etc. An easy 10/15min walk to the town along the seafront.

If I really have to think of something, the hotel wi-fi we had access to was a little slow, but 4G reception was good on my phone.

Proximity to beaches

The family room is very old, outdated and cramped. This is not a cheap option either...having paid more than 250 euro night for room 1 double, 2 small couch beds..literally cramped together. Breakfast is additonnal charge and also slighlty dissapointing what was on offer for 12 euro person. Facilities also lacking, struggled with parking place which was also charged and bizarrely parking filled up on saturday and sunday with local residents.....there is no control at gate on who is entering or not...mgt may need to rethink this setup. Stayed at many best westerns but this one needs revamp

Great location with a fantastic sea view. A swimming pool always open (which is very rare). The staff as well as the beach staff was very kind to us. Ability to bill the consumption at the beach on the room.

The mattress as well as the pillows were quite hard and therefore not that comfortable.

We had a beautiful one night stay! The hotel is located up the hill and you feel like in front of the beach, truly beautiful scenery and easy access to the beach. It offer all the amenities you need in the room. Swimming pool. The downtown Spotorno is easy reachable about 10 min, just enjoy the beautiful walk on the promenade along the beach and you will find restaurants and shops there! Fully Recommended!

The beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided by the hotel which is very rare and uncomfortable and you need to pay for it beside you will be paying for the parking as well!

Extremely clean and directly across the street from the beach. Friendly staff.
