Great location only had one night .not far to Santander to catch the ferry.parked and locked the bike outside where I could see it .also great Seaview.

Very clean, ALL staff warm and super people, very accomodating, food great, step out to beach tidal channel or straighton waves, Suances 5" car, good parking in a field with neighboring donkeys, bringing family back for sure!

It was comfortable, clean and in a lovely location , at the beach ,overlooking the headland The dining room was delightful . All the members of hotel staff - reception, bar , cleaning , catering - were cheerful , welcoming and helpful.

The mattress was very soft and in a very bad condition. My partner and I could not sleep at all👎 The bathroom needs a refresh, the doors do not close well, the TV was not synchronised...

The hotel, spa, restaurante and staff are great. The location is lovely for a romantic weekend or for a surf trip. The area around the hotel is really nice.

The only gripe I have is that the breakfast starts late at 8:30. So if you want to have breakfast and go and do anything you aren't out of the hotel much before 9 - 9:30

The breakfast was delicious all lovely and fresh the staff were excellent. My room was perfect I will definitely be staying there again.

Breakfast selection was a bit poor, and the service system was too convoluted and not practical. The room was ok but there was not enough storage space in the room.

We booked a double bed and were given two singles. No discount given. Poor. They run the breakfast service like a prison canteen. You are given a specific time to eat breakfast, you then have to walk through a cattle grid before they serve you. There wasn’t anyone waiting so I skipped running the gauntlet and was met by a tirade of shouting by a member of staff. Who wouldn’t serve me (you can’t serve yourself) until I walked through the cattle grid although nobody was waiting. Absolute bizarre approach to hospitality. Avoid this place. There are many good hotels along this stretch of coastline and this isn’t one of them.

Comfy beds, location excellent - across road from small beach. Bigger beach less than 5 min walk along front. Loads of bars and restaurants within 5 min walk. Free bike hire too.

Breakfast was Ok, but not fantastic. Coffee from a machine. I guess this is all COVID related.
