So much to do.
I just can’t stand the bed blankets and cushions in any hotel! They get removed immediately.

We liked the idea of a family resort. The concept was great and the convenience of dinner having a kids buffet while the parents could order from the menu was a bonus for us. We only booked for one night so we did get a chance to fully take in all the was available.
It was incredibly crowded and loud. We weren't prepared for the number of kids running about the lobby and restaurant. We anticipated getting to enjoy the ropes course and unfortunately it closed too early the day we arrived and we had to leave before the first available time slot.

Very suitable for families with kids, it was definately a family hotel. The service was good and an added bonus was the kids club with all the enthusiastic people running it. We really enjoyed our stay.
Breakfast was a little below average - the pancakes were quite hard and scrambled eggs had loads of water on them.

The cinema wasn't open when we went up on Monday morning and you had to get your pitch and putt clubs from here

Apartment was spotless.
Lovely touch of little card with a cute message and small gift box of chocs for one of the girls who is expecting her first baby.
Hard to sort taxi.
Hotel could have a little hotel bus taxi running if availability is an issue which I was told it regularly is and it was also mentioned in the visitor book in the room.

we loved it went with my partner and 3 year old toddler he really enjoyed it and did not want to leave!! hotel staff are excellent and people there were so nice there too we were all in the same boat! loved the bingo and kids disco great idea

Very family friendly, staff very helpful welcoming and pleasent. Great soft play for small kids and out door playground my daughter loved it. The swimming pool was great for all ages. Restaurant was lovely and breakfast was really tasty too.
I was very happy no dislikes, if had to choose something maybe more monitoring of teen room as some smaller kids running about (admittedly this should be done by their parents)

The room was great! Plenty of space with comfortable beds! Staff were facilitating and helpful.
Water was lovely and warm in the shower.
Power of the shower! We got drenched on our cycle and the water at the start was trickling out! after a few minutes it improved, but only slightly.

All staff were great, very pleasant.
Payed €330 for 2 night stay in family room, it was expensive at that price excluding breakfast and dinner. Room wasn’t very clean. Lots of dust in obvious places and dirt around bathroom and bathroom floor under sink. Room was fairly small for price we payed .

I arrived in the evening and being a bit late was no problem ...nor in arranging that I could get dinner after 9 .... the staff were exceptionally helpful both at the reception and in the restaurant ......
Nothing occurs ... I liked everything.
