Beautiful rooms and serene place. Amazing views of Chefchaouen both during day and evening. Short walk into the old city . The swimming pool was excellent and lovely place to unwind in the heat of the day.

The general ambiance of the room

The staff wasn’t the friendliest. They were even annoyed when I asked them about ants on the floor in the room. Or when the shower head didn’t work

The Riad itself is so pretty and the view of the city is great! Our room was awesome and had a balcony with a partial view of Chefchaouen. The pool is a nice place to relax and both breakfast and dinner options were good.

The parking situation is awful and the Riad offered zero help navigating the extremely rude and pushy children who ‘managed’ the parking areas on the street. Made for a really unpleasant start to our stay. And then the man at check-in could hardly be bothered to look up at us or offer one friendly word. Fid not help our first impression. The staff in the restaurants are very nice though. While there is a pool, it was incredibly dirty and ice cold. Unfortunate, as otherwise it could be such a nice place to relax after the ups and downs of the town. There is also a lot of construction right down the road, it’s noisy and unfortunately blocked a bit of the view.

most incredible property! right near the entry to town, beautiful views of town from the hotel and it has beautiful gardens and courtyard. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, even if you only visit for a coffee/dinner - it is gorgeous. Although the beds are exceptionally comfortable with cosy Duvets and cushiony mattresses.

Staff were SOOOOOOOOOOOOO friendly. They made our stay really enjoyable.

Location was just outside the medina (which I preferred) and on a street where cars could drive which made getting to and from the bus station via taxi super easy. Staff was very nice, welcoming, and answered all of our questions. I think they gave us a free upgrade on the room. The room itself was amazing and the bed was the most comfortable one I've slept on during my entire trip in Morocco. The shower was also phenmominal - the strongest water pressure of any shower I've ever experienced - honestly wished I could have taken that home with me lol. The bathroom floor was also heated which was an unexpected surprise. The breafkast was extensive with a huge variety of options and tasty. Strongly recommend the restaurant in the Riad - specifically the shrimp tagine which was the best tagine we've hand on our entire trip. They also have live music during the evenings. WiFi was reliable. Overall excellent value for the cost we paid. Would definitely stay here again should we make a return trip.

It was raining in Chefchaouen when we were there but this is obviously not under the control of the Riad.

Eclectic property, Andalusian flavor and environment but staff lacking vigor and interest.

I wish the front desk staff took more pride of ownership and were warmer and welcoming. After staying at some of the best, most well-hosted roads and hotels over 10+ trips to Morocco, I would rate this one below average for staff and host. Seemed a bit commercial and less special. all you see is European and American tourists coming in and out all day. Local flavor missing!

It was near the medina, and we liked being able to be near the medina but not in the medina itself as we had a rental car. The parking instructions could have been a bit clearer as we got a little lost when we drove into the city. We asked for directions, and we were also able to call reception so someone could come to meet us in the parking lot. This is a really nice place to stay, and I would highly recommend it.
