Nice girl at the reception, shy :), she had a difficult task to tell that the Internet was not working. She's probably a student. I won't write anything more positive about this place

No internet, not very clean, cold, very cold inside

C’est établissement propre. L’emplacement est proche des axes routiers. Le personnel est trop sympathique accueillant. Le parking sous terrain sécurisé, et un autre parking extérieur.

Petit déjeuner nul presque rien dans les paniieres on est reparti avec la faim 8 euros 50 par 2 pour ce qu on a manger ...pas normal

Le lit un canapé je pense pas un vrai lit après 650km de route 0n aurait apprécié un bon lit ...on ne reviendra plus

Mirosul este foarte pregnant și supărător. Când deschizi ușa camerei miroase a mucegai. Ușa de la dormitor nu se închide, este veche și deformată. Camera și baia necesită aerisire zilnică !

Clean and modern bathroom, nice kitchen, TV, nice view, very good lighting in the bathroom, big mirrors both in the bathroom and in the hallway, spacious closet

No AC (we stayed in a one-bedroom room with twin beds), although there was a running fan which helped.

Nothing.

The room was poorly cleaned and there were a few dead mosquitos around, including one on the bed. The bed has a paper thin thing that you could barely call a mattress, so bed was not comfortable at all. The room was stuffy, it said that there is no air conditioning but that they provide a fan. Well guess what? There was no fan either. The parking door got stuck that we barely were able to leave the parking. The tenant from the building opened it for us in the end. It was pretty noisy all around the estate, there was even a fist fight in the middle of the day in front of the "hotel" by two guys fighting over parking, yelling like mad and calling the police in the end. There was trash in front of the estate in flower pots and around and the only ashtray in front was overfilled and with buds around which was pretty disgusting. The hall was also stuffy and smelled like smoke. Location is not good as well since we picked something a bit further from the city to have less noise, but it turned out to be a complete fail - it was far from the city and noisy in what seamed to be a chill neighborhood but turned out to be pretty sketchy. All in all, an unpleasant experience that I wouldn't repeat or recommend.

Simple, clean room with mini kitchen was everything we needed.

It's quite far from everything, okay if you're traveling by car.

The studio was very confortable and clean,the kitchenette had all we need,is a quiet place.

The distance from city center is a minus,but there are buses to link with it.

I was travelling without Google maps so initially found it a tad difficult to find as it is out of Aix centre. However, when I arrived the receptionists were very helpful and the studio fine. it was during a recent heatwave so the studio was hot with just a fan to keep cool. The kitchenette was fine and the bathroom excellent. very good value for money！

A bit poor breakfast and the breakfast room not so clean

Only ten minutes drive from the centre of Aix (except in rush hour), this is a really good budget, self-catering place. It was clean, quiet, nice receptionist, can't fault it.

The room was OK. It was quiet. Easy to get to the centre of the city

The lady who checked me in at the reception just handed the keys over to me. She didn't give me any information on the place. She didn't warm me that the garage gate was to be shut at dawn. As she didn't inform me and didn't give me the key to unclock the garage gate, I got trapped in the place and couldn't leave in the evening to get dinner in town. There was no person to ask for assistance. Poor customer service

There wasn't wifi.. Studio 302 smells disgusting. All surfaces are dirty. There is mould in shower. Studio is really small. We recommend to avoid.
