La comodidad de las instalaciones

El entorno es hermoso, los domos entre los árboles del bosque y a metros una tranquila playa de arena dorada. Un ambiente muy relajante para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza! Los domos son muy bonitos y el domo donde se encuentra el restaurante me encantó! La comida es muy buena y la atención fue lo que se destacó! El desayuno es completo y delicioso, además si bien terminaba a las 10AM, dejaban las cosas un rato más para los que seguían desayunando.

Quizás me hubiera gustado disfrutar del hot tub algún día, pero hay uno solo, es muy pequeño y siempre lo vimos ocupado. Otra cosa es quizás los precios de los adicionales (comidas, masajes, actividades pagas) eran un poco altos.

Price of drinks. Too expensive.

The location is amazing, and this is why we came back.

Breakfast was correct, on the skimpy side. We requested an extra pillow -- the lady at reception said she would send it, it never arrived. Bathroom was separated from living area by a thin curtain, and this was a room for 5 adults. Hot water was not always available. Lunch and dinners were offered, but they were not good value for money. Finally, AmEx and local cards were not accepted as payment.

Not everything was in working order or available because it was apparently off season, however the booking did not indicate that it was not in season or what changes we might expect ahead of the visit. The hot-tub and outdoor shower had broken last minute which was understandable but weren't fixed for the duration of our stay. The regular morning surf classes had ended due to the off season visit - again this was not explained ahead of arrival. In terms of accommodation, it was aging. The small dome we stayed in had mould in the bathroom, broken curtain ties and was not very clean. Some corners where the roof material is tied on were unacceptably dirty. The log steps up to my mother's dome were disintegrating, so much so she struggled when walking in and out. While we understand the Big Bang food menu is limited, it is over priced and portions were small.

Superb staff! Unique common domes. Loved the ambiance. Loved the themed domes, but no one was in them to provide instruction, entertainment, etc.

More flavorful food. More choice. Plumbing in my unit was terrible. At times, no hot water. At other times, scalding water(dangerously so). Sometimes, could not turn off the bathroom shower water.
