The location was great. We liked how secure and quiet it was. The amenities were good and everything was modern and well appointed. We appreciated the responsiveness of the host.

There was nothing significant that needed improvement.

This apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped, with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, pots & pans, electric kettle and all the utensils you could need. The internet works well. It has a washing machine & room outside to hang clothes or an inside clothes rack. It includes cleaning supplies and laundry pods. The bathrooms are modern & updated, as is the kitchen. The TV set is tiny, but we didn't travel to watch television. Each bedroom had a closet. The only detail is that there is only one air conditioning split unit in the living room; none in the bedrooms. I imagine that in the summer that would be a problem. It has heating everywhere, controlled by the building. José was wonderful in answering all my questions before arrival and was waiting for us when we arrived & was available for any questions throughout our stay. Excellent. While there is no parking in the building, you can park at the Hospital Santísima Trinidad Parking, which is very spacious and easy to get in and out (we had a large SUV & it was easy to maneuver). It is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apt. is on a pedestrian street, but you can enter to drop off and load your luggage. It is well located, five minutes walking to the Plaza Mayor and many other sites. I highly recommend it.

While it didn't affect our stay (we went in May), the lack of individual air conditioning split units in each bedroom would prevent us from staying during the summer months.
