Spacious and clean apartment with comfy beds and good wifi. Parking next the door

Kitchen equipment can be better. No dish soap, sponge or dishtowel. Only 1 toilet paper for 3 people for 2 nights! And nobody at reception desk during the opening hours. Walls are made with paper i think, you can hear EVERYTHING, on 12PM or 6AM...

No soundproofing in the room whatsoever, you could hear everything from the neighbors and hallway. The bed was the most uncomfortable we’ve slept in. The room description on booking.com said it had terrace or balcony but it had none. Communicated this to the reception but they did not solve it, they did not seem aware of what the description said. The location of part of the hotel is not the same as it says, many rooms are located much further away, outside of the city = long walking distance, car is therefore preferred. Cleaning not the best since we found an old cigarette beside the bed.

It was a big apartment and it had a bidé, the bathroom was fine and it was a nice balcony.

First of all, no one told us that the apartment we had booked was not in the same adress as we had booked, instead we had to walk another 20 minutes to get to the apartment building (which meant we had to walk behind a two seat car that drove our bags but not us). The apartment was very far from the city center (about 35 minuted walk) and there was no restaurants or bars anywhere near this place. Second, the place did not at all look like in the pictures, the apartment was dark and the kitchen did not live up to the way it displayed in the pictures (the kitchen was supposed to be fully equipped but did not even have gas in the lighter to the gas stove nor a cutting board, and a lot of the things in the kitchen were dirty). The bathroom was only provided with one toilet roll so we had buy more ourselves. The bed was like sleeping on a rock and the air conditioning wasn't changeable so we had to sleep in 32 degrees every night. The first day we went to talk to the staff to say we were not happy about about the apartment but they wouldn't listen and did not help us at all. We asked them to help us get a taxi to the port (via Whatsup since they didn't respond on telephone) the day we checked out but didn't even get a reply.

Big terrace, fair stay given the comparably low fare

1) there is two apartment places, le maree (deluxe apt) is 30 min by foot to city center, not 15 as said in description!! The location is not correct in booking.com! 2)Matrace is horrible, way too hard 3)The door knob from the bathroom door fell off, we could only open it from outside 4) no barbecue place, though promised in description 5) not a single sharp knife

Our room was located at the ground floor. It was very loudy and the room smelled bad. Kitchen not well equiped. Did not live up to our expectations at all!

excellent apartment in walking distance to the heart of the beautiful island. also if you are driving the island of caprera is in close driving distance. staff were friendly and communicated to us well even though we did not have much italian! staff gave lots of tips on how to enjoy the archipelago. 20 minute walk from the town centre. the apartment was very clean and pleasant. there is also a charming pizzeria nearby where we visited when tired from a day of swimming!
