El hotel está bien ubicado si tu objetivo es visitar el santuario de Lourdes, pues está a 5 minutos caminando. El personal fue muy atento y nos facilitó las cosas. En el restaurante fueron flexibles y aunque pedimos un plato que estaba fuera de la carta, nos lo sirvieron sin problema. El desayuno bueno, con todo lo necesario y con un horario amplio (de 6h a 10h).

The hotel is near and short walk distant Lourdes Sanctuary. Parking places was nearby especially for big cars.

Wifi wasn’t really working well. I booked room with breakfast. First day was really good breakfast. My room number was on the table. The servers were serving many things. Second day was worst. My room number wasn’t on the table and when I told them my room was included the breakfast, He kept charging it to my room bills. The milk taste was sour. The servers didn’t put everything out and boiled eggs was really overcooked. They should arrange nicely.

its about 100m from the sanctuary; the room is in a comfortable size and in a good condition, clean, has a balcony too. The check in lady was very attentive, informative and friendly. She gave all kind of information that we need such as mass hour and so on.

during our visit there was a road closure caused by the neighbour of the property, gmap didnt work well due to some one way streets, so we parked quite far from the hotel. Basic amenities such as dental kits were missing, not sure if they were supposed to be around or they didnt provide. Please provide water station or otherwise we were not too sure whether the tap water is safe to drink (no signage)

I tried the breakfast and it was poor so I canceled it for the rest of my stay. It was not at 4-star hotel rate.

The carpet in the room was smelling of urine. The housekeepers could be quieter in the hallways so as not to disturb guests in the mornings

The reception and dining room staff were very helpful and service-minded. They accommodated our requests each time. The design of the hotel is modern and my room was quite clean. The hotel was very close to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes and it was also just literally a few steps away from several souvenir shops and restaurants.

There was a cleaning lady whose knock we never heard before she tried to enter our rooms. So we're not sure if she knocked or if her knock was just too faint for us to respond to and yet, she opened the doors of our rooms anyway even if we didn't tell her to come in. This happened at least twice. It would be better if the cleaning staff would knock, then wait for a response, and then knock again if they don't hear a response & try to hear if there are still guests inside the rooms before entering. The cleaning staff is quite serious with their cleaning jobs and they do it quite well. I have seen them cleaning different rooms the whole day so they probably just want to be able to get on with their cleaning tasks. It was just that minor failure to knock loud enough that I think they could improve in for privacy reasons. Otherwise, the hotel has a large staff to keep the rooms in clean condition, which is a good practice on the part of the hotel.

Location near the Grotto

Hotel Padoue is walking distance to the grotto. Very convenient. The hotel was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Sylvia at the Reception was always smiling. Our room was a duplex. Very good facilities. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the lounge area in the evening. Highly recommend this hotel.
