Fantastisk sekelskiftsvilla med utsikt över hamnen på baksidan.
Saknade kylskåp på rummet.

Låg bra i Hjo. Nära vattnet. Det var fint så sätt.
Rummet var inte så roligt med tanke på vad det kostade. Kändes lite avslaget.

Maten i olika fomer, frukost & middag var bra med god smak.

Området var helt okej, men man fick känslan av att maten stått framme länge. Lös äggröra, svarta bacon, våffeljärn där smeten fastnade.
Rummet, vi reste med hund och blev "nedgraderade" till ett hundrum. Inga mattor, rummet kändes väldigt slitet och omysigt mot det rum som jag bokade från början.

Location
The restaurant was dirty…dead bugs in the window sills plus uncleaned tables. The breakfast food (eggs/bacon and tea water) was cold. Our dinner waiter also had no knowledge of the food choices or which wine would pair well with the food. While “I don’t know” is an honest answer, I would have appreciated him finding someone that could help.

this is our favourit hotel. we have been visiting you several times. we even rented three rooms to celebrate grandpa’s birthday in September.
the children Were so dissapointed! the evening before them only talked about your wafles which they get every time. they even let their iPhone wake them up. but NO wafles this time.

Comfortable furniture. Modern bathroom. View on the lake. Hand sanitizer. Available free parking. Smooth check-in and check-out.
The cleaning was not spotless. The floor and the desk was worn. Breakfast could have been more exciting, but fulfilled its primary purpose.

A very good 3 star hotel with excellent location and great breakfast. Because of a number of negative reviews wirth regards to cleanines and service-level our expectations where pretty low but both my girlfriend and I where pleasently surprised.
Our room and bath-room whas very clean and tidy. The armchair in the room was a bit worn and torn but apart from that we found everything to our satisfaction. We really enjiyed our stay and loved the breakfast-selection........end especially the the oprtunaty to make our own waffels which that is an old child-hood favourite of mine. Very good breakfast-selection.
Nothing worth mentioning apart from replacing the torn arm-chair in the room.
