Al empezar la temporada baja pues es pena que días que hace bueno y el hotel está con mucha gente no haya buffet de desayuno pero es entendible

Convenient place to spend the night close to Santander ferry. Great to have a fridge in the room. Very clean and bed was comfortable.
Our room was at the front. It needed a thin curtain or something to create privacy without having to keep the blackout blind shut during the day.

Beautiful place especially the beaches near to the hotel whith beautiful rocky formations like playa de somocuevas and Arna beach

The room had a small balcony with a view of the sea. Clean and bright. Very convenient for the Santander ferry. Fabulous coastline just down the road.

I had booked a ground floor room but was upgraded to the second floor. The room was good sized and the bathroom was nice. Comfortable bed. I booked last minute the day before for a Saturday night and think that the price was great for the high quality of the room on a weekend.
Bonus points for NOT having a ridiculously tiny step on trash can in the bathroom.
The shower head didn't fit in the bracket so I had to hold the shower head in my hand. But the tub/shower itself was very nice.
There was a pretty bright street light on all night, but fortunately I had an eye mask so it didn't really affect me.

This hotel is very good value, immaculately clean and very well located for an overnight stay before catching the ferry in Santander or spending a holiday on the northern coast of Spain. There are shops, bars and restaurants in the resort and rugged coves and beaches which reminded us of North Devon and Cornwall, very beautiful.
The breakfast offered a limited choice.

My wife and I needed a simple hotel within 20 minutes drive of the ferry terminal in Santander. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. It was clean and comfortable and all the staff were very friendly. The price was reasonable too.
The shower was very impractical, being fixed much too high over the bath with no adjustment. The breakfast was a bit sparse with little choice.

Great staff! And food!
The airco in the room was not working, instead of cooling or just switched off it was heating the room to 27 degrees.

Staff really really helpful. It is clean and almost new
Bathroom and toilet is big and comfy.
Only one chair for a two pax room and door didn't close with seal, so corridor noise came into room
Bed a bit soft, but it depends on personal preferences

Guest was asked to pay on arrival even though it was stated that payment would be taken off my credit card 3 days before. I emailed through booking.com and had no response. There may have been a language problem as the full amount has now been taken off my card but 3 TIMES! Please refund 2 of the amounts asap!!!
