Staff really helpful and polite all the time.

Hotel was dirty filthy and disgusting.

Location was great for the beach and transport links.

Room was very basic, which I guess is reflected in the price. But the pillows were really lumpy and the toiletries were foam rather than gel. Easy fixes for a better over all score.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Lovely spacious room with climate control, a huge balcony and very comfortable beds. The restaurant has a very wide range of delicious food. The staff is polite, friendly, helped many times with the problems that arose (early check-in, transfer, printing of documents). I recommend!!!

Rooms were clean and the hotel was in good location, close to the beach and shops

bathroom was very small, food for me was tragic, didn't like the taste of water and also food was mostly fried or without flavour, also fruits were not sweet, no flavour,,

I was not expecting such an incredible breakfast buffet when it said that breakfast was included.

Dirty room, dirty sheets, the size of the room and toilet is small. Too over - priced. The tube was broken, so when you take a shower the water is coming in the room. When we spoke with the staff about this basic problems, they lied that they will do something about it. They did exactly nothing. No toilet supplies, not even the basic like soap. We are very disappointed. On the top of everything on the bottom of the pool there is mold.

We booked two rooms on one name. As I left, my friend stayed in his room but on my name, because I prolonged the reservation for one room ad the recipintionist suggested. But They through my friend out of the hotel and his room..eventhough he paid by creditcard. The security didn't let him in inside the room. They stole his Electronics and through his back on the street. The recipionist didn't want slove the problem. Treated my friend as criminal. Very rude and educated

Excellent wide choice for breakfast. Everything available in the room, plenty of space. No sign of dirt throughout.

Lack of air conditioning in reception area. Pool area not available until ten am. It would have been lovely to follow our breakfast (finished at various times around 830)with a relaxing meet up with six friends around the pool from nine-ish.unfortunately we perspired in reception until we all gathered.

Clean and ok room. Breakfast not recommendable..

Hotel not recommended for families or anyone above 25 years. A hotel with parties around the clock. Youth without respect for anything.

The pool on the top floor was nice.

The pool with the bar was crowded, and full of loud teens. This part wasn't good.
