My kids loved the aquapark and the swimming pool, the food was ok. The big plus is free beer/wine during the dinner

I didn´t ask for the upper floor - my room was just above the swimming pool, little uncomfortable

The hotel is located in a quiet place, with a beautiful on the sea. The restaurant is nice with a lot of choice of food.

Great ocean view and access to oceanside hiking.

Entertainment outside was loud enough to be heard and felt through closed windows/doors. To be fair, I went to bed early by Spanish standards but I had to use multiple devices to mute out the vibrations and sound.

Screaming kids till 11 pm outside, might as well be staying at the local kindergarten . Also beach had sewerage outlets released into the sea on one evening

We liked the proximity to the beach. There are hiking trails nearby. The hotel is big and offers also some entertainment for families. The receptionists were really kind and tried to answer our questions and requests. Gave us priceless recommendations for the sights around and let us do a late check out, which we were extremely grateful for. Not only the room was clean, but also the common spaces in the hotel were spotless. Good job!

The lobby was somehow too sterile and not welcoming - no flowers or personal touch. No windows to the outside too. This was one of the oddest flat distributions we've ever seen. The bedroom doesn't have a proper window and is quite dark. In order to enter it, you have to go through the bathroom ;). This is not the staff's fault, but is inconvenient. The architect must have had something in mind, which we couldn't figure out.

Rooms had an amazing view and were spacious and their nice detail for an anniversary.

Facilities for kids were super dirty, indoor pool without heating (the water was freezing) and little options for snacks outside restaurant hours (ex. the pool bar).

great location

it’s definitely a 3 star hotel and we were very lucky with our room. we were there at the start of the season when the hotel was both very quiet and also exceptionally busy for 2 days. breakfast was adequate though on the 2 busy mornings the restaurant struggled to cope.

this hotel is really nice for families ! the best it’s the view to ocean and also the splash for the kids. the buffet it’s good , you can found different kinds of options. it’s activity’s for kids the service it’s good , personal it’s really nice and helpful, specially a receptionist call Javier. the waitress in the restaurant are very nice and always with a smiling, the manager also very nice both from the hotel and the restaurant they have a option to take a picnic / ( order the day before ) and I went twice to the beach ! very nice service

the cleaning in the common areas missing a deep cleaning, corridors and the elevators. my window it’s was very dirty to the view to the ocean :( and it’s a very rude and ( looks like not very happy with her job ) name Sara : super negative, almost annoying if you ask something to her. i check in with her and not was clear the information from her from the beginning. - go with car the transport in that area it’s almost not existing..

The room was very spacious and very good view even if we had not asked for sea view.

Liked the layout of the hotel, the view, the amenities, the pool and the kids club. The room was very big and we liked that there was a fridge and what was very good is the water machines.

i didn't get the room that i reserved. the room was not comfortable neither equipments of the hotel, for instance very small swimming pool for a hotel that consists of 139 rooms
