Not much a very poor run down hotel won’t be back not value for money

Unwelcome hotel, 10 minutes walk to nearest town, not even vendor machine working,ask for clean towels after been there for two days room levered cleaned, breakfast was oily and floor wasn’t clean for months,doors don’t lock tv no channels one pillow to share for the two of us and a sheet only

Great location, staff couldn’t be more helpful, excellent breakfast, extremely good value for money.

Terraza mirando al mar

The hotel was situated on a peninsula so it was like being on a boat . Sea on three sides . Our room was very modern and was in a new part of the hotel . It was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels every other day . We were on the ground floor and had a side sea view . The pool had amazing sea views and never busy as visitors generally seek out the amazing beaches dotted all over island There was a good variety of hot and cold dishes at breakfast and in the evening we ate mostly at the hotel beachside restaurant as it was right on the beach and the food was delicious . Es Pujols where the hotel is situated ,is a small town surrounding a curved bay. The beach is sandy and the sea clear and many shades of blue and green . We have visited Formentera before and love the island . We will definitely stay in Hotel Roca Bella again.

The courtyard garden looked a bit tired and could be updated

Having an outside verandah to our room overlooking the beach was great! The breakfast was amazing-fresh, plentiful, varied and available on a covered terrace with sea views! The staff were ultra helpful and multilingual which was much appreciated!

Right on the beach, the location of Roca Bella is superb. The room had a terrace with a view of the ocean, and was a very comfortable size. Whilst it isn't anything fancy, it ticks all the boxes. Great location, clean rooms, comfortable and friendly staff. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

For a one start hotel, it was very nice. The breakfast had many options. The view from the big balcony was amazing. Of course you can tell the hotel hasn't been renovated in decades but it was still charming. The reception staff in the day shift was amazing. They showed us on a map what we should see on our short visit and it was all worth it.

The reception staff in the evening shift was not so helpful and was even a bit rude.

Excellent location , good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff, particularly Carlo, who was extremely helpful and friendly and sorted a couple of minor problems.

Astroturf around the gardens, pool area needed a bit of attention. Corridors and balconies a little noisy.

Good location, excellent services from professional and helpful staff. Room very clean, offering fresh towels everyday for both the bathroom and the beach. Breakfast buffet perfect, especially a large choice of fresh local products and a very good coffee. Breakfast room offers a beautiful view of the bay of Es Pujols. Excellent value!

Maybe the hotel could improve the soundproofing of the rooms which is not very good like everywhere in Spain.

High pillows, no dinner.

Being located on the headland, one gas access to bays and beaches immediately next to it. Roca Bella is a set apart a bit from the main town (village), which means it is quieter, a fact I liked. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

There is some noise coming across the bay, which you will hear if you have the room towards the front (and the window ooen).

Loved everything. Can't understand how this is a 1 star Hotel it should at least be rated 3 stars in my opinion.

Property was a bit old but its definitely wiser to be spending one’s time looking seawards

Descriptions of food in restaurant not in english. No leaflet in room describing facilities etc..

Great location. Our second visit. The food was really excellent, especially the evening meals which were even better than our first stay last year. Our congratulations to your chef and staff. Very convenient to the beach - metres away - and to hire bicycles right outside the door.
