too far from restaurants and the chair lifts no air conditioning no car parking bathroom was very small and toilet was extremely close to the bath with barely enough room for comfort

Room was not cleaned very well, cracker crumbs all over the carpet and food crumbs on kitchen floor near fridge and oven - cleaning was obviously done quickly and with little attention to detail. Bathroom and kitchen are very outdated picture on booking site was much better than reality. Checkout was 10am with no flexibility and they ask you to put out your own rubbish at the end of stay and strip your own beds and tidy the unit

Nice elevated position looking directly at Thredbo ski hill. Great management staff.
