Location was good - quite central. Room was clean but bit spartan as was breakfast

My problem was the check-in. I gave the manager my booking.com reference and the pre-payment code etc but he insisted this was only a code to reserve the room and insisted I pay. After, I checked when back home and I had indeed been charged twice. Now amicably resolved and have been reimbursed the extra payment

The quality of the construction, furniture, very clean!

Air conditioning was not very good

Went to this hotel 2 years ago, there was yoghurt and fresh juice along with croisants and coffee for breakfast. This time round no juice machine or yoghurt just croisants and coffee. The reception were helpful providing an iron when asked and showing us how the air con worked. Reception also explained we could order a more extensive breakfast from room service.

Breakfast a bit basic and cost of £75 per night a tad high for Atripalda, which is just a small town. But location or town centre was perfect, just a short walk to town centre.
