Room service, food and the location were great.

Nobody came to clean our room in 2 days. The drain in the bathroom was completely clogged so the water didn’t drain. There was only one set of bathroom accessories (shampoo, shower gel, soap) while there were three of us. Towels were holey. Overall, it was definitely not a 4-star hotel experience.

Near the centre, clean and they have nice tea with fresh lemon and honey.

No complains except that the one electric switch did not work.

The breakfast was very good, with an amazing view over the Moraca river. Nice staff.

The wasn’t working, so we were freezing all night. The bed was a little hard to sleep in.

The Podgorica is one of the masterpieces of renowned Yugoslavian architect Svetlana Kana Radević. The building, on the hill slope facing the river, is absolutely superb and a must for every architecture fan. Well, at least from the outside. Interiors are sadly been renovated and totally lost all the modernist flair they had. The terrace is still top, though, as well as the panorama and the really tasty espresso. Special mention to the extra friendly night manager!

Buffet breakfast wasn't nothing special, poor quality and poor choice, not fitting the standard at all. Coffee was particularly disgusting. Really unfriendly and rude staff at the bar/restaurant. I wouldn't recommend this place, given also the bad price/quality ratio.
