Wonderful! Studios Irene is a perfectly located hotel with both studios with a kitchenette and regular rooms. I got a studio with the balcony facing the sea and it was lovely! Clean and fresh and so good with the kitchenette so I could fix dinner at sit on my balcony and eat! This place suited me perfect.

The location was perfect, the cleanliness of the property was remarkable and Irene and her daughter were gracious hosts.We were sad to leave and hope to be back at Irene’s one day.

Lovely room facing, and just a few metres from, the beach. Superb view. The bathroom fittings were first class (not always the case in Greece!) and everything was spotless. We were welcomed with a free bottle of wine, which came from the owner's vineyard and was excellent, When we said how good it was, we were given another bottle... Very close to restaurants and the centre of Parikia. Highly recommended.

Very good location, 5-10 minutes walk to the town and just on the beach. There is brilliant sea view from the room and the balcony. It is also very close to tavernas and bars. Everything in the studio was new and very clean.

Shower was very small and not the nicest. But, I suppose it is appropriate given the price of the room. Really difficult to get the air conditioning to work (the staff did warn me about this, but it was still challenging).

The owners (or managers) are very nice and try to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are basic but extremely clean, this was very important for us. The woman that does housekeeping is very polite and does her job very well. Breakfast is not included in the price and is 8 euro per person. We didn't take it but every room has a fridge so you can have your own food. The beach is literally a few steps (right in from of the hotel) but it's very narrow (1-2 meters) and you need to walk to the right 1-2 min to the wider beach. There are great tavernas nearby (try Ephessus and Katerina) and Cave d'Oro has an authentic Italian pizza to take away.

They literally insist that you pay cash but if you don't want, they will use your card, no problem. The shower makes the bathroom wet but you have no tools to clean after yourself. And the electric cooker in our room was sooooo slow - it took me 30 min to have a cup of boiled water.
