Lovely quiet great view and stylish old traditionaly cool finca. Owner always available on phone, nothing too much trouble.

Surprisingly good located in the middle of the island. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Very friendly owner and as a bonus, finca is powered with alternative sources of energy. Excellent!

Elke was super nice and welcoming when we arrived. She was available if we needed her but also loved the remoteness and privacy of the finca. We live in a loud city so the peace and quiet in Las Laderas was wonderful. Apartment was fully equipped, comfortable and well-located for the type of trip we'd planned.

Bathroom was a bit dark if there's not much sun coming through the skylight. Maybe an extra pillow or two would have been nice.

Rustic charm and very nice little complex. Quiet. Elke the owner came every day to make sure everything was ok. Great place to stay in a more authentic finca style apartment.

Not a problem for us but down a small dirt track. Also the car park was thick gravel so cases would need to be carried.

This is a beautifully renovated finca. We were lucky enough to get the larger apartment with lots of space and a full separate kitchen. The decor is stylish and the views down to Caleta de Famara and the cliffs is superb. We had a lovely sunny courtyard to come back to after a day exploring this stunning island. The historic picturesque town of Teguise is only 5 mins away as well. We only met Elke briefly but she was friendly and always easy to contact. Highly recommended for a stay away from it all but in a central position on the island so everywhere is accessible.

It's a little remote (6km to the nearest facilities) so a car is essential. We knew this in advance is it was ok for us....just something to be aware of.

Fantastic place with marvelous view, barbecue and swimming pool. What else? :)
