The place was great overall and we had a great stay. The staff was super friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was delicious - fresh bread, cakes, etc made by them every morning. The place was beautiful and the room was spacious. Showers had good water pressure and great temperature.

There were a few things that were a bit disappointing. We booked the room that said it included heating and air conditioning. There were neither in the room and when we asked for a heater they said the one they had wasn't working. They supposedly had a sauna, but you had to pay extra to use it. The towels cost R$20 if you wanted to change. I understand fresh towels every day is a waste of water etc, but in a cold place sometimes they simply don't dry. They also didn't clean your room while you were there unless you asked, and only every few days. Plus there was a 6% service fee on top of the whole stay, which seems strange considering you had to pay extra for everything already. Overall the stay was great, but it would have been good to know about these details before we booked.

The breakfast was really good! Many delecious cakes, breads,,,,and the staff was very friendly. The location is good, but a little away from the main Tiradentes Streets, but by car it's not a problem.
