Excelent human staff. Nice and clean 5* hotel - hard to find this type around San Juan. Mr Ivan from reception was great ! I think their whole staff could fit in into each modern metropolitan 5* cities hotel around Europe.

Modern hotel with 1980's Marriott atrium vibe. Super-friendly and helpful staff, good secure parking, nearby restauarants and amenities. Excellent breakfast, even though large even was underway nearby. Congrats on staffing seamlessly!
Parking is strange, with steps between elevator lobby and actual parking. Made loading/unloading bags a bit difficult. Entry port coche is too small, vehicles cannot pass, creates issues for loading/unloading passenger/bags. Both are small issues.

Room to the highway would need bettter noise protection.Windows did not close tightly. Room was a little worn.
