Good location.

Incredibly uncomfortable bed; the mattress was bowed towards the middle. Pillows were just lumpy bags and very uncomfortable.

Right in the heart of the town. close to everything.

Walls between rooms are quite thing, so if you have neighbours that talk loud, you hear them.

The staff were friendly and fast at check in. The room was comfortable for a one-night stay. Super central location- Close to 2 plazas with a lot of restaurants and bars. We were able to keep our bikes secure in the lobby for the night as well, very helpful

The soap dispenser in the our bathroom was empty. The bedsheets were quite itchy.

It is in the center of the city

Beacause the hostel is old and also the room it wasn't 100% clean

very basic & room was not clean on the Sunday even though we were staying until Monday

The owners went to extremes to make sure our stay was the best.

We had a little trouble with the door key, but the owner helped us.

Cold damp smelt... in need of a deep clean! No heating excep air con that was full of dust. Unhealthy to use.

The location of the hostel was amazing, it's situated directly in the centre and is around a 7 min walk from the bus station so very easy to find.

It might have been a one-off situation but my room had a few unhygienic smells in there. This changed the next day though, once I had aired the room and once it had it's second clean. We also struggled to check in but that's understandable as it is a family run hotel, it was very pleasant and easy going otherwise.
