Would say its a bit too expensive for what it is... the guy who runs it was friendly enough, but theres definitely some things that could be improved on... breakfast service being one of them. It wasnt made clear what was on offer, wasn't asked how we wanted anything cooked (which is a normal thing in SA) or what bread you wanted for toast etc. The cutlery was worn/looked old, lacked condiments on the table including sugar, butter, sauce etc. Also the bathroom in the rooms have a complete glass door (like an actual swinging window 🤦🏼‍♀️) which i felt was inappropriate for the place you need privacy most! Lets be honest who wants to see (or be seen!) when do they're doing their business really? 😅 The tv didn't work, and the balcony itself was pretty unkempt (the view was pretty though)

bathroom door no frosted glass so you could see everything going on eg people in the shower or on the toilet some things need to be kept private even when you are a couple. breakfast not the best no napkins on the table standard from other places we have stayed were much better a lot less money.

Received by a polite, but disinterested male housekeeper. Outside 35°, no sparkling water, no beverages available. Not enough towels in room, no towel and shade at pool. Room cleaning „forgotten“, old aircon in room, that was so loud, that we couldn’t use it a night. Utterly careless. If youre looking for southafrican hospitality according to the price, go somewhere else.

Located in the heart of Camps bay. Great views and mostly quiet.

On Monday night the staff was chatting and I was down stairs, I could hear them. The Tv in my room was stuck on one Chanel as I could not use the remote. Despite rebooting the DStv decorder. This was in the Queen Room down stairs. I was not happy with the fact that they did not actually replace towels, once they got one and I remained with one used one. Not great. Overall the place is excellent.
