Lovely spacious apartment, newly fitted out with a small kitchen. Very comfortable beds and good bathroom. Very good location, easy walk to ski lift. Bus from Liptovský Mikuláš stops outside. Excellent breakfast, lots of variety, starts at 8am so bit tight if you want to be out for the first lift at 8.30am. Helpful staff who speak English

The velux window in bedroom had no curtain or blind, so gets a lot of light in the morning. With the half board option, the evening meal is served 5-7pm - quite early. It consists of soup and a simple main meal, which is quite light so not great if you are hungry! Note there is no lift and there are 4 floors.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the cable car station. Breakfast and dinner are normal prices.

No lifts, a challenge for legs that need to rest after skiing.

Friendly stuff and reasonable half board (you could choose between 3 main courses for each dinner). Basically you do not need to wonder around to search for dinners or drinks or anything else - you can just go, park your car and enjoy skiing.

Room was cleaned and towels changed only once per 8 days. Heating was regulated centrally and it went on-off constantly (radiators were hot or cold, but never just warm) - this makes it hard to dry skiing clothes..

Breakfast was correct but vegan milk wasn't offered and couldn't be provided even when requested. There were only 1 type of soup and 3 sorts of meals for dinner, but it was correct.

Waiter could speak neither English nor German, but a mix of that. However, he was very friendly and helpful. Though the accomodation is very close to ski lift Lúcky, access to it wasn't easy on the icy road. Maybe a pavement should be created. Even ski area opens at 08:30, the breakfast is offered from 08:00 am, so you must hurry up with the breakfeast if you want to be among the firsts on the slope.

Very nice and friendly staff. All our requests were met immediately (additional towel, kettle rented to be able to prepare the milk for a little one etc.). Spacious room, cot prepared as requested... Tasty meals... Overall really very nice stay for our family!!!

Sofa and table a little bit outdated = not in the best condition. Room cleaning service just twice a week - would be great if chambermaid checks every day if something is not needed (if dust bin is not full or toilet paper is not almost gone, if some towels should not be replaced by clean ones etc.)
