it has a really nice area for kids and parents. playground and a pool nearby the restaurant takes ur stay to another level
that the pool closes at 21:30

TERRIBLE PLACE! THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN, THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE EXCEPT THE BREAKFAST. DURTY PLACE, THE BED SPREAD AND SHEET SET WAS HORRIBLE QUALITY, BOOD ON THE PILLOW CASE, DURTY BATHROOM, POOR QUALITY TOWELS .
FOOD WAS NOT GOOD ALSO , EXCEPT THE BREAKFAST.
THIS HOTEL IS 2 STARS. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

I would imagine this is the best hotel you can stay in Maraba. Hotel is ok for the location... service at the restaurant is very slow and the food is edible - ish.
To be fair, you cannot have better in the region. So kudos to them. But from someone who has travelled the world... they need to work on things so much more - but that is also true to every single hotel in Brazil.
So - if you travel to Maraba - I acknowledge this is the best you can find there. But don’t expect much.

Calm place, good breakfast, reasonable prices.
English here not so common, but some staff can understand you.

They had renovation work going on at the hotel.
We asked to change rooms because of the noise the room they moved us to was worse than the first. The service was very poor the feeling I got was they couldn’t careless about the guests. Very poor customer service really.
