Soundproofing. I can hear street bystanders until morning from my room as if people outside never sleep.

9/10 value for money. 6/10 security.

I came in around 6AM. The gate was left unlocked but there was someone who responded immediately when I pressed on the gate alarm button. Security issue: my guest was not required to sign on their logbook. I was also not informed by phone (which was not working by the way, no dial tone) that my guest was coming up. I mean anyone could pretend to be my guest. He was reportedly not identified.

Staff could of been better. Had to ask for fresh sheets and towels and when I get them had to change the bed myself

Not recommendable, bad experience. Definitely, I would not repeat with Reddoorz and booking.com

None. The location at first is wrongly pinpoint in the map. It was located at gen del pilar St near to Rodriguez St. butbthe actula is quite far being almost at the end part of Gen Del Pilar St.

Aside of the location, the most tjing I do not like is security and safety is not in placed or secured and trusted as CCTV outside the room is not functioning. Someone entered my room even though the room is locked and stole my watch. I lost my favorite and expensive watch who happens to be very memorable to me. Picture of my watch is enclosed.

Disappointing

The place located in the a uncomfottable area, a lot of noise during the night and ansave filling going outside. The linen was dirty and the shower flour was full of mold and there was no toilet paper.

There was a payment issue which is very inconvenient. The beddings have blood stains and there was no cabinet to place your clothes.

A LITTLE CONFUSING TO SOME OF THE TAXI DRIVERS BUT AFFORDABLE

They did not give us breakfast a little disappointed on that one. Instead they refunded it but I assumed to have breakfast there. Could be more convenient if the socket is nearer in the bed. But fine by the way.

The facilities needs a renovation, the AC is quite loud and it took hours before the room reached the certain coldness I am used to.

Good hotel for 1-2 day trip

The room was clean and not as small as expected. Staff was very helpful when we ask for help. They also provided extra water for us when the water in the area was suddenly closed.

Location was not great. The sink in the bathroom was leaking because the pipe was not connected good enough to the wall.
