Das Bett war sehr gemütlich, die Lage ist in Ordnung und der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Ich konnte sogar früher einchecken. Es sind Schließfächer vor Ort, was mir immer sehr wichtig ist.

вот этот отель я не забуду😁 владелец очень хороший мужик. я должен был догадаться что за такую дешевую цену не стоит ждать что то лучшего, место хорошая, просто я не привык спать с разными чужими людьми, поэтому мне было не комфортно, но вокруг все чувствовали в своей тарелке, все чисто и аккуратно.

Buchung war mit Frühstück ausgeschrieben allerdings gab es lediglich Brot aus dem Discounter, Honig, Marmelade und Butter! Alles andere auch Getränke musste extra einzelnd bezahlt werden Das gesamte Haus roch leider nach Zigartettenqualm Alles insgesamt nicht richtig sauber leider

Wij konden eerder inchecken, wat erg fijn was! De gastheer was erg vriendelijk en gaf ons tips hoe we het beste naar het centrum van Essen konden reizen.

Er lag stof bovenop de kasten, wat goed zichtbaar was als je boven in het stapelbed lag.

+ Preis war günstig + Zimmer war sauber + Bett war bequem + Steckdose am Bett zum Handy aufladen + Waschbecken im Zimmer + kleine Bar im Erdgeschoss und Sitzmöglichkeiten + TV + freundlicher Check-in

+ Zimmer war nicht abschliessbar + hatte leider Pech mit Zimmernachbarn welche die Toilette geflutet hatten - zum Glück gab es ein Stockwerk tiefer noch eine weitere im Treppenhaus - Dusche daher ausfallen gelassen, da nicht die saubersten Gäste (dafür kann der Betreiber ja nix)

Gute Anbibdung an die Straßenbahn. Das Zimmer hatte ein Außenrollo, sodass es sehr dunkel wurde.

Fand das Zimmer etwas nostalgisch und ungemütlich / spärlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind alle extrem hellhörig. Sowohl die Gäste auf der gleichen Etage, in der Küche und im Treppenhaus, als auch die Gäste draußen und über uns, haben wir leider sehr dolle gehört.

Clean and convient public transport to places around, especially the central railway. The staff is really helpful and fun. I have met interesting people because of sharing kitchen and bedroom.

A bit noisy when someone is taking a shower or walking during sleeping hours.

The treating with customer When i booked the bed online i have choose that my arrival will be 23:00 and 00:00 and in the end i was there at 23:42 and i called them many times and no answered me

Very unprofessional staff, i called them before i book and explained that i am going to come minutes later after 23:00 they said pay the booking and we will wait for you, at 22:50 i called they said we are closing at 23:00 no key leaving nothing… hang up the phone and blocked my number and my booking account !

I liked the kitchen/dining area, although I only used the refrigerator to store food. There was an outdoor space (back garden) but the weather wasn't the best. Some of the bathrooms were large and spacious.

There wasn't an outlet near my bed. There was one positioned on the lower bunk, and I had to ask the guy below to plug in my charger. Also, the guy below kept hopping from bed to bed (one night he was in one bed, then in the morning he was in another one), AND he kept playing music, etc. on his phone without using headphones. I didn't say anything because it seemed like he may be autistic. Lastly, there's a bar that's attached. This is where you would check in. However, if you arrive early, the bar may not be open, and you may not be able to sit, etc. while you wait for check-in. This happened to me, and I waited outside (in bad weather) until check-in at 4 pm. (Side note: You can call the number on the door or send a message, but if you don't yet have data/a phone plan, then it's a problem. Luckily, the Lidl across the street has free wifi).

Window next to a loud street, no trash cans in the rooms, power sockets less then beds, no beer opener in the kitchen, bad public communication connection with the center, poor breakfast

Terrible Hostel, kitchen with mouse all the time, and always throw our foods in the kitchen without informing. The workers always move the personal items without informing.

Unfriendly Attitude from the workers, they use weapons to threaten the traveler for charging extra money of kitchen, shower and balcony after you use it.

Everything was clean and organized, the bed was very comfortable 10/10
