Place was clean , but had a severe animal urine smell that appeared to be strongest by front door but permeated throughout the condo . Got a little better w windows open but still very noticeable. Had to change plans on hosting a dinner for friends due to smell . Other than that , all was good . Liked having the grill to use once we figured it out . Ad should probably mention there are 4 levels

Great location, kitchen well stocked. Plenty of space for family to enjoy.

The property is spacious and well stocked. Owner was very understanding and accommodating when the area was threatened by nearby wildfires. Fortunately, the fires were contained and we had a wonderful weekend.

It was perfect for our family of 5! Heated bathroom floors were a nice plus! Kitchen was very cute, and it had everything we needed!

Close to the slopes. Close to trails for hiking. Close to everything you will need on a visit to Angel Fire Ski Resort.

The place was lovely. They thought of absolutely everything. We did not want for anything. The game closet was an unexpected surprise for my children. The beds/pillows/bedding were all incredibly comfy. The heated floor and towel rack was a fun surprise. The hostess was easy to reach and communicate with the one time I had a question. Had we been there to ski the location would have been unbeatable. We're already planning our return!

This place was perfect for our family for a long weekend getaway.

Very well kept condo and perfect for our stay in Angel Fire. Everything was provided as stated. There were two adult couples and we were very comfortable. Plenty of room in the kitchen and we enjoyed cooking some of our meals there. We would book this condo again.

This was a great condo with lots of space. It’s conveniently located about 3 blocks from the chair lift. It is an up hill ride to the lift, so be prepared to climb in the thin mountain air, but it’s an easy down hill ride, back to the condo. The small garage was an added bonus, and was large enough to securely store our 5 bikes.

Wasn’t sure about parking options, but otherwise, the condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Our three young kids thought it was “the best house ever” and are already asking to go back. The location was great. It was super cute, very clean, and Kimberly answered all of our questions quickly! The only thing I’d note for other guests with young kids is that the room with the bunk beds is a loft, so if you have little light sleepers, it could be a challenge. But we turned on a loud noise machine, and ours were fine. We just put the baby in the dark, quiet media room, which worked great. Loved loved loved our week in Angel Fire!

Unit could definitely use an AC unit. Other than that place was great

This was a very clean, very comfortable and nice place to stay. Perfect, perfect, perfect! We will for sure be staying again on our next trip and Kimberly was very quick to respond and very helpful! Thanks!

Added to a great ski vacation

Loved the layout and the amenities. Super close to the slopes. Lots of space to read, relax, or play a board game or two. Great fully stocked kitchen. Good communication with the property manager.

My family of five (three girls from 7 - 13) had an incredible stay at this property in Angel Fire. Location couldn't have been better, we were easily walkable to the base of the slopes or a 60 second drive to the drop-off zone if we were feeling lazy. The views were great and our kids enjoyed sledding one afternoon on the hill right beside the condos.Inside, the property shines. The living room was open, cozy, and had plenty of room to lounge. We cooked and ate all of our meals in the condo and were truly impressed by the size and feel of the kitchen. The girls LOVED each having their very own queen sized bed in the loft. We used the media room for movies a couple of nights as well and it felt like we had our own personal getaway. And last but not least, after long days of skiing it was great to come back and get cleaned up in one of the two great showers! We decided that we now need a rainfall shower head at home.Thank you to Kimberly and Kelly for all your help answering our many questions and even accepting deliveries on our behalf! Your kindness and effort made our stay easy and enjoyable. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we come back to Angel Fire!

The condo was perfect; updated, clean, comfortable, well stocked. The location was ideal. The walk to the lifts was no further than the resort parking lots. The kids enjoyed having the media room and we all enjoyed the board games.

This is our second time at this property and everything was just right. The location is an easy walking distance to the slopes, there’s plenty of space inside for the 5 of us, and it was well-equipped to meet our needs! The owner is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

There were 5 of us who needed a quiet place to just get away and this was perfect! The condo is well appointed and beautifully decorated. We took a day trip to Taos and one to Santa Fe because we were that close. It was a really great trip with close friends and family.

recently remodeled. Condo was clean and close to the mountain. Great overall location. Kitchen was great and the layout matched our group perfectly.

Condo was very comfortable and relaxing. Well equipped and modern kitchen. Quiet area and perfectly located in the resort village for access to mountain biking or skiing or hiking or any outdoor activities. Also greenbelt trails just down the street along with National Forest access to Elliot Barker and South Boundary trails. Monte Verde lake is a nice spot to paddleboard as is nearby Eagle Nest Lake. We really enjoy this area and will return.

We loved our stay here! The location was amazing! Loved the renovated kitchen, upstairs bathroom and media room! The master bath could use an update and the TVs in the bedrooms didn’t have any channels but other than we had a great stay!!

We absolutely loved the condo. Beautifully upgraded, felt like home and the master bed was was so comfortable! The only thing we wanted to mention was that it has a very unpleasant smell that would only get better if we opened the windows and doors all day. I had a diffuser with me so I difused some lavender to help. But otherwise it was a perfect stay.

It was a great place to stay, very cozy and homey. Our first time at Angel Fire, and we'll probably be back. We'll definitely recommend it to friends. Great hiking trails and a nice little town. Really nice area. The kitchen was well- supplied and we did lots of cooking. Lots of bedding, towels, board games, places to hang out.

This place is awesome! The property is wonderfully updated with a great kitchen, amazing shower and a media room for rainy afternoons! Plus we enjoyed the deck! The owner was just terrific to work with - great communication, quick response to our questions and even offered to share her knowledge should we decide to buy a condo here in Angel Fire. Would recommend to family and friends in a heartbeat! Great experience!
