La splendida spiaggia sabbiosa e il lungomare si trova a meno di 5 minuti a piedi con negozi, ristoranti e caffè tutti appena fuori dal cancello.
103 ha una vista favolosa sul Ria (estuario), sul porto e una vista ininterrotta sulla spiaggia dal doppio balcone degli appartamenti.
L'appartamento climatizzato comprende una grande camera da letto con letto king size e armadi a muro, una cucina e un bagno moderni completamente attrezzati, una spaziosa sala da pranzo interna a pianta aperta e un soggiorno con un comodo divano a tre posti (convertibile in una doppia full size divano letto), divano a due posti, WiFi, TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e altoparlante Bluetooth portatile per il tuo divertimento.
Il doppio balcone ha una zona pranzo separata che si affaccia sulla piscina e una zona relax per prendere il sole del pomeriggio con un po 'più di privacy.

Very lovely private accommodation. You have your own beds by the pool and the pool is amazing. Some lovely restaurants nearby. Alvor is a beautiful resort and the beach is 5 muns walk away. Great communication with owner and lovely lady who lets you in. Thanks very much for an amazing holiday

Few hundred metres from great restaurants and bars - super comfy bed - Magia made us feel very welcome - definitely a return trip. Free parking behind electric gates, couldn’t ask for more.

Firstly Alvor is a really nice place to visit and the property is right next door to it all. It’s very comfortable with views of the pool and down to the boats at anchor in the estuary. Numerous restaurants are a short walk away uphill or along the front. For those with walking difficulties there are only three steps to negotiate to the door of this ground floor apartment. If you have a late flight and you don’t have a car you will have to figure out where to keep your luggage after the 10:30 checkout.

Spacious apartment in probably the best location in Alvor.
Seconds away from the harbour and two minutes away from the town. The apartment has a large south facing balcony - perfect for a winter stay. Private gated condominium which makes it a very safe and private location.

Great apartment, great location
The apartment was excellent for our holiday. The location in Alvor is easy walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the living space relaxing and nicely decorated. We thank Martin and Magia for their quick responses and for making adjustments to our change in plans. Would recommend this apartment.

Beautiful Property
Large spacious comfortable appartment with all mod cons. Very well equipt kitchen, ample storage space and lovely king size bed in the bedroom. Lovely large balcony and although on the ground floor was really quite private. Our first stay in Alvor but not our last. The location of this appartment was perfect and we would definitely choose it again when we return.

Excellent apartment, amazing location
We had a wonderful stay.
The apartment is excellent, very comfortable and clean, with a great view from the terrace.
The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village with all the local commerce, restaurants, bars, but somehow isolated from the crowd noise! Also a 2 minute walk from the river waterfront which is really nice. You can also go for a stroll in the natural reserve by the river (wonderful). The beach is also near (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes walking), which is great.
Communication with Martin was very easy and helpful. On arrival we were greeted by Magia, she was very nice, showed us around and was always very helpful and available for anything we needed (she actually went to meet us on arrival, at the center of Alvor, and guided us to the apartment, since we got lost!).
The only small glitch was that the kitchen exhaust was not working, for those of us who like to cook it's a bit of a nuisance. So to make it absolutely perfect we just ask Martin to fix that... and please, please, please also provide a coffee machine :-)

A perfect spring retreat in Alvor
A fabulous vacation rental at a perfect location in the wonderful village of Alvor, sat mid-way between Portimao and Lagos in the Algarve. The owner, Martin McGettigan, was completely awesome and made our stay so comfortable and rewarding. The only minor critique was the hard mattress that would benefit from a 3-inch foam topper.

Das Optimum (ist nicht steigerbar...!)
Traumhafte zentrale Lage und dennoch geschützt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und man spürt, dass sich auch der Eigentümer darin wohlfüht. Es mangelte uns an nichts. Den Ort Alvor kannten wir bereits von zwei Hotelaufenthalten zuvor. Wir werden ganz sicher bei Martin wieder anfragen, ob er uns in seiner schönen Wohnung Aufnahme gewährt!

Fabulous Apartment
Great experience from start to finish.
The apartment is well appointed and is situated right in the heart of everything Alvor has to offer.
Communication with the owner from initial booking to our return home was exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble.
We were greeted on arrival by the wonderful Magia who showed us all the apartment has to offer and assured us if we needed anything at all she was on hand to assist.
All the comforts of home with added sunshine!!
We shall be returning !
