La cucina è splendidamente rinnovata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in quarzo bianco / grigio pietra solida. Tutto fornito di tutto il necessario per preparare pasti cucinati in casa. La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice impilabili a grandezza naturale sono nell'armadio dell'ingresso, quindi non è necessario portare l'intero armadio. Il piano di lavoro della cucina è allungato e abbastanza lungo ... abbastanza per ospitare 5 persone. La cucina è completamente aperta, quindi non ti perderai nulla. C'è un grande tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 8-10 adulti. L'intera banda può sedersi insieme a un tavolo e godersi i pasti in famiglia. Al largo della sala da pranzo c'è una zona bar con armadi, un piccolo frigo bar inossidabile e un piano di lavoro. Mantieni il vino bianco freddo e lo spazio del frigorifero della cucina a disposizione per pasti e spuntini.
Fuori dal bar è il Master King Ensuite con cursori che si aprono sul lungo patio. Ventilatore a soffitto remoto, cabina armadio porta della stalla, TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato con box doccia. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un doppio rotelle. Fateci sapere in anticipo se avrete bisogno del letto estraibile e lo faremo per voi. Il soggiorno è decorato con mobili di fascia alta. Apri le persiane della California e lascia che il sole illumini la stanza! Ci sono 2 divani in pelle uno in bianco (queen sleeper) e uno in grigio che è abbastanza grande da ospitare 4. Ha anche un pouf !. Goditi una serata al cinema con la famiglia ... lo schermo piatto è enorme! Chips and Salsa chiunque!
Il golfo e la spiaggia privata si trovano dall'altra parte della strada ... si prega di utilizzare il passaggio pedonale per la propria sicurezza. È una strada molto trafficata con molte distrazioni per i conducenti ..
Dai un'occhiata al molo illuminato sopra l'Intracoastal la sera ... cerca i delfini e i lamantini!

La spiaggia di Siesta Key si trova a pochi passi con nuove docce e stand di concessione o un giro in bicicletta di 3 minuti. Domenica alla SKB è il Drum Circle prima del tramonto.
Qualcosa che devi provare! Siesta Key offre corse gratuite in tram su e giù per Midnight Pass Road e anche nel Siesta Key Village.
Il complesso offre sedie a sdraio. Inoltre, esiste un fornitore convenzionato di lussuosi lettini da spiaggia doppi con cime di tartaruga, ombrelloni e paddle board proprio su questa complessa spiaggia che sono disponibili per il noleggio giornaliero o settimanale.

Love Siesta Key and Palm Bay club. The listing pictures made us feel we were right next to the pool however it was in the middle of everything and worked out just fine. Beach attendants for the chairs were nice and quick and it was overall a great week. Nice to have beach towels available and beach equipment if necessary.

**Title: Great Location with a Few Minor Issues**

We recently stayed at this corner unit and had a pleasant experience overall. The unit has been newly renovated and is within walking distance to a beautiful private beach. It was great to have sand/beach items available for use, which made our beach trips even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with several restaurants nearby, both within walking and short driving distance.
However, there were a few drawbacks. As a downstairs unit, we could hear the tenants upstairs walking, which was a bit disruptive at times. Additionally, the shower heads had not been cleaned, and one of the beds in the second room had sand in the sheets, suggesting they had not been changed prior to our arrival. With in-unit washer and dryer, we were able to remedy the sheet situation.
Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience and amenities provided. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this unit would be an excellent choice for a beach getaway.

My family and I were at the Palm Bay club for 6 days and one advantage of this location is the proximity to the private beach however we have a very noisy people in the apartment above and the last two nights we couldn’t rest at night. Also since Saturday morning I started to receive emails asking the leaving time on Sunday. We leased before with this company and our experience was stellar but now I am considering to look for a different option. Lore

Unfortunately I had to submit 10 problems to management. Some quite annoying. This condo is large & great location. This just needs to be maintained better. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are great! With a little tlc I'd give it a higher rating.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and clean. It had everything you needed. Big living tv, huge table for eating and playing games in the evening. The condo was located just a short walk from the beach and pools. Our family had an amazing time and would come back.

This was a must do trip for me and it was everything I imagined and more! The location was fantastic with the Bay on one side and beach on the other, the condo was spotless and more than enough room for our big group. Take the trip, Stay at Palm Bay!

Check in emails were very confusing as to which of the two locations required what code or process.
House smells very musty. Caused allergic rhinitis to several guests.
Accent rugs are a trip hazard. My pregnant guest almost fell because the area rugs slide and have no gripper backing.
Internet box batteries are low and start beeping every 24 hours at night . First night drove us crazy until we figured out where it was coming from.
If you have guests they must park way down the street at a community parking lot.
Other than these issues it was an okay stay.
This location just needs some more attention to details and it’s needs.

Beautiful unit with a great location. nicely renovated and well furnished. comfortable and clean. responsive and easy communication with management. Two pools, pickle ball,
tennis and amazing beach with plenty of beach toys, cart, coolers, and cart. enjoyed the small size and easy pace of Sunset Key. Our family looks forward to the next visit already. Thanks for relaxing stay.

Resort employees are friendly and helpful. Pools/hot tub well kept and clean. Units are updated and spacious (we had an end unit). Property is very secure. Great perk to have access to bay and gulf. Of course the beach is second to none with private access and plenty of loungers.

Our stay here was wonderful. Our club and its amenities were clean, all employees were friendly & talkative. Room was beautiful and we loved the beach cart. It was our first time to SKB and we will be back!

Place was amazing and the owners thought of everything. Place is clean and has updated decor. Table was very family friendly and a great place for a game of cards or a homemade dinner. Came with a beach cart, extra beach towels, extra mini fridge for drinks, and even a cooler. Can't wait to stay there again next year!

This property was in a good location. The pools were clean and pretty. The condo itself was dirty and smelt musty. The master bed was so uncomfortable. The dryer took forever to dry clothes.

The property and location was perfect. Just as advertised. The private beach was an easy walk across the street and it was great having access to a fitness center, tennis courts, and 2 pools. All grounds were well maintained and secure with codes needed to access. We had one very minor maintenance item with the screen door which was addressed immediately. Management company very easy to communicate with and regularly checked in to see how our stay was. One thing to be aware of - this is an end unit on the first floor and near the main road and the pedestrian gate to get into the complex. If you are sensitive to noise just know you may hear the road traffic and security gate that slams as people come and go.

Absolutely wonderful and spacious accommodation. Not clear in arrival documentation that the office for check in is across a main road. When found and sorted the parking ticket the office seemed to have no responsibility for this accommodation. However once established that contact was needed to be direct with the owner it could not have been better. In summery ,when we did contact the owner our stay could not have been better. I would whole heartedly recommend thi place.

It was our first visit to Siesta Key beach. The private beach was amazing, and was not too crowded . The condo is first unit across the street to the pool and 5 min walk to the beach. The first floor unit was very convenient. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the trolley to the Village several nights. Would definitely come back to Siesta Key and Palm Beach Club.

Best Beach in FL
Things we loved: toys, beach supplies, kitchen and not being in a hole! This was our first Vrbo and we will never do a hotel room again especially with 3-kids. The facilities were great and we loved the private beach. the best beach in FL, hands down.

Beautiful vacation home
My husband and daughter and I stayed here for the week of Easter and we had a delightful time! The condo was like a home away from home, we had all amenities that we needed, the decor was beautiful and the owner was very welcoming and helpful! The walk to the beach was quick and the pool is beautiful! Would love to stay again! We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We find it nicely decorated and spacious. We had a issue with the spare room shower drain and once reported it was quickly addressed and fixed!

Wonderful, spacious condo--Palm Bay Club
We loved our stay in this condo. It is very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. The living and dining room decor is nicely updated and accommodating to my large family visiting from other condos on the property. The bedrooms and bathrooms are average to below average. The furnishings are fine but the bedding and towels need to be updated. I have stayed in a lot of different vacation rentals and the kitchen in this condo was very minimally stocked. I rented this unit because of the space and the in-unit washer and dryer. The dryer works but times out occasionally, I believe it may need serviced. Overall it is a great rental with a great location on the property. Improvements that need to be addressed are: bed linens, bath towels, needs bath mats, door mat at sliding door to catch sand, a vacuum, a better stocked kitchen and improved outdoor seating area.

This was our second time at this Condo. We love the convenience of the inter coastal and then beach with free sun beds. SK is a fantastic place for families. Great vacation and we will be back again.

Bring Your Own Salt and Pepper
I need to preface that I own a condo that I manage myself and rent out. I know what it takes to have a 5* property.
This condo is very comfortable in the main living area. The 2 large sofas, rocking chair and large table allow for family gathering in comfort. The bedrooms are adequate. The chairs at the beach are great. The charcoal grills heat up amazingly fast and hot by the bay.
Where the condo falls short are the extras. No books, magazines, toiletries- not even salt and pepper. There is nothing in the kitchen, not even countertop spray to clean during a pandemic.
My number one comment at MY property is that people have never stayed in such a well appointed place, expect the polar opposite here.
I arrived back from the store where I had to buy cleaner for the counters to be surprised that there wasn’t even salt and pepper. They ask you to run the dishwasher on checkout but only give 3 pods for the week. They have a sign in the cabinet that says dishes aren’t necessarily cleaned to proper standards- probably because many people end up running the dishwasher without soap at the end of their stay.
They only provide one liquid hand soap - in a pandemic. The tiny all in one shampoo is junk for anyone with hair and bad for the environment. It’s unfortunate that they are scrimping on these little things that truly make it easier for guests to arrive and relax. Charge a bit more and provide a few items as it is a very nicely furnished condo. It will never receive all 5 star reviews without some basic items to make it easier for guests traveling from near and far.
