The person in the front desk ,(early morning of march 2024 at around 1:30-2 am) he was not compassionate even he knows we are tired and we came late because of snow storm.

The staff were exceptionally attentive to our needs. They even got me a fan because I tend to run hot. They checked in via text to see if we needed anything.
The smell of the gym was a little overwhelming near the elevator. It smelled like burnt rubber but I was so relieved that the rooms smelled totally fine!

great location and our room was very clean. the front desk agent that checked us in was friendly and helpful.
stifling hot in corridors and lobby (AC only in rooms). Breakfast offerings left much to be desired. Shower handle in our accessible bathroom room had a leak that sprayed like crazy rendering it useless. The elevators creaked and groaned like the cables were going to break.

very nice and clean, very close to places to eat for lunch and dinner. All my kids are grown but this looks like a great place to bring kids to.
Hilton needs to give up on the pancake machine. I have tried to use those things a dozen times and they never work correctly. You wind up with a long line of people waiting for the machine to be fixed and then the pancake isn't round instead you get a long strip. Hilton please listen go back to Waffles.

No one was at the desk when I arrived. I waited a few minutes - still no one showed up. After a while the desk clerk finally came out from a back room. Was not pleasant. I felt I had inconvenienced her. Very cold feeling at this hotel. Not friendly staffing at all

Tru is the “bargain” Hilton and one of the places that shows up is in the bed. There is no box spring and the mattress was like a rock.
