We enjoyed the town and the history of the town. The staff at the town information center was fabulous and we had a great tour of the city. I has a real rich history.

Staff, accomadations, best vegan food ever, Johannes and Jovanka are incredible , we went on a Europe tour and had a perfect ending at Steinhaus 🩵

We got bit by the gnats and it’s warm in July but still worth every penny.

Wonderful surroudings, lovely staff, cozy room and I cant forget to mention breakfest, simply delicious! Shame I stayed only one night.

Great location in the old town centre. Free parking available nearby. Very quiet at night. Vegan restaurant means people with many dietary restrictions can find a fancy dessert for a change.

Rooms have small steps up or down from the bed and to the bathroom, which is a hazard for those with some mobility challenges. Can be a small hazard in the dark.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was beautiful, clean and in a great location.

the staff were fantastic. they contacted me in advance to check what time we would arrive. they then asked for our details so they could book us in before we arrived. they continued to call during the day to ask if we needed help or directions. eventually they arranged a taxi to meet us at the train station. this level of service remained throughout the stay.

The staff was very nice and kind. The location, located in the heart of the old town is very nice. The rooms are clean and modern. The food offered in the restaurant was very delicious.

We expected a restaurant and bar at the property as it was high summer season but both were closed and it was not possible to order anything. This was somewhat disappointing, as there were not many restaurant or bars in the city.

Excellent location, great to have Netflix. The restaurant looked great, although we didn't eat there.

It was a really hot day and night, but there wasn't a fan in the room (no air conditioning). The bed cover was more suitable for winter. I didn't get much sleep. In the end, I took the duvet out of its cover and just used the cover. The room was small, very well designed, but small and at the top of the building so it was hot...

This place was amazing. Its been recently renovated and it’s super clean. The rooms are very spacious. It’s in a nice quiet, safe area. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is also a masterpiece. If stopping in this charming town, I highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast was very good. The room was great, bathroom, shower very good. The location was perfect, everything in the old city within walking distance. I had an excellent evening meal in the hotel's restaurant. The staff was very professional and friendly.

I did not have any issues and was perfectly happy.

One pretty lady that worked there.. And everyone quite frankly.

Wifi was weak, so had to use own cell connection instead when working in the evening
