Beautiful condo in a gated community with pool. Updated and very clean condo with well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Joe and Michelle are very nice and responsive owners.

If we could we'd give it 10 stars. The hosts went above and beyond. There was nothing that we needed. They were responsive, kind, and truly concerned about our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. They were great!!!!

We stayed at the condo for two weeks and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo had everything we needed, and the refrigerator was stocked with diet beverages and at least a case of bottled water, which was very thoughtful and needed in Las Vegas. Michelle was very responsive for every question and continually checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. Location is perfect for the Summerlin area. Thanks again for your hospitality.

My husband and I decided to take a post vaccine trip to Vegas to play golf. We did not want to stay near the Strip hotels and I feel fortunate to have found this perfect little home away from home. The condo is in a great location. There is everything you need very close by(restaurants, grocery, and activities). We were very pleased with our experience. The condo is well equipped and communication with the owner is frequent and supportive. I would highly recommend this property.

My wife and I stayed in the condo for a week while visiting relatives in the area and found it to be better than we expected. The owner is incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful - the best we've encountered. The condo was spotless clean, and we appreciated a refrigerator stocked with water and soft drinks. We did a lot of meal cooking while there and the condo is stocked with high quality cooking utensils for you - excellent. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood, in a large condo development. Neither noise or light pollution was an issue - we slept well. Access to every amenity, including a grocery store, is close by. Access to the highway nearby makes travel around Las Vegas convenient. A covered, designated parking spot is assigned to visitors. The bed was very comfortable, and a variety of pillows are available. The TV is large and smart, offering access to streaming channels like Netflix.We've already decided that we'll try to book the condo again on future visits to the area - we liked it that much. Thanks for the use of your condo, and for being such a great host!

We loved it enough the first time, that we came back again! It is perfect for my husband and I when visiting our grandchildren. So, so comfortable and they have thought of everything that we need, and more. The bed, the furnishing, everything is just so nice.

Had everything that we could ever need. Seems like we stayed at Michele and Joe's actual house (it probably is). Very comfortable. Love the lush towels!

My husband and I visit our grandchildren regularly in Summerlin and this is the best VRBO we have stayed at. Everything was top notch, VERY clean and so comfortable. Even had a private patio. We didn't need anything, but the owners were right there and available if we had. I will look at this place first for our next visit. Highly recommend.

There is SO much to say about this excellent condo! The owner is super responsive, and she even sent texts to check on how things were going. The condo was generously stocked with everything we could haved needed. Kitchen: spices, flour, sugar, coffee, tea, cooking oil, candy jar, and a refrigerator full of soda and bottled water. Cleaning supplies: counter cleaners, dish soaps, laundry soap and fabric softener, floor cleaning supplies, even a lint roller in the laundry room! Bathroom: shampoo/conditioner, face soap, Q-tips, lotion, two plush robes. Next stay, I can just bring clothing and medications...and I'll be good to go! Now, I'm a severe asthmatic and am allergic to almost everything in life. This condo is a blessing for people like me. It is super clean, and everything is new, including all the throw pillows! The bed was great as well. I usually need a hard bed for my back, but this bed is soft like a marshmallow with great support. It didn't sag, and my back never hurt. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this lovely condo. My husband even said we should plan our next trip to Vegas by car so we can stay in one of her places in Montanna along the way! I hope others honor her no pet policy so people like me can continue having an allergy-free place to stay.

The condo was just right for our weekend in Vegas. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed.

We were looking for a place to stay in Summerlin that enabled us to explore the local area and this 1-bedroom condo worked out great for our 6-day stay. The location was great for getting around to all the various places we wanted to go in Summerlin. The property is in a quiet, gated residential community. The condo was very clean with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The arrival drinks and treats were also a very nice touch and the owners checked in occasionally to see if we needed anything or had any questions. There is a unit above, but the resident up there was quiet and not very noticeable. Overall it worked great for us and was MUCH better than a hotel. Highly recommend!

This lovely 1-BR condo in a gated community has everything you need and want for a lovely stay. The friends I was visiting lived 5 mins. away so I basically only used the condo's bedroom and bath - but the kitchen was wonderfully stocked had I wanted to cook and do my relaxing there and there's a reserved parking spot near the unit. The Baileys are amazing hosts and maintained great contact, sending details, access codes, etc. just prior to my trip and checking in during my trip. A "welcome" note plus a fridge stocked with bottled water and sodas, Halloween decorations and candy (!) made a great first impression, along with hand sanitizer and complimentary masks. I had asked about their COVID-19 cleaning protocols before I booked the property and they were very responsive and their protocols sounded very thorough. Beautiful flooring and lovely decor throughout with high-quality furniture and fireplaces in both the LR and BR. Double vanity and oodles of plush towels for the bath. I loved this place!

Needs some dimmer switches and a new bathroom fan (noisey)! Worked just fine for what we wanted!! Thanks

My experience with VRBO dates back some five years and overall has been most satisfactory. However, this one property offering exceeded all expectations. The owners seem to have gone all the extra steps to ensure complete satisfaction. Entry to a very clean condo was seamless and then the extra touches began. A welcome basket, condiments, soda water, water, candies, full range of spices were offered. It was truly like a turn key to a personal home. Soaps, hair products, more than adequate towels, cleaners etc, were all provided. The owers followed up by text messages and a phone call to ensure that everything was A-plus. A very impressive performance in totality. One gets the impression that being treated royally is the norm. Would I rent from these owners again.......Most Certainly, and with no reservations. Thank you for showing and exercising Old-Age Service. It was appreciated.

Awesome location, outstanding condo, very clean, quiet, and absolutely beautiful furnishings with very classy and thoughtful touches throughout. My husband and I so very much enjoyed our stay here that we are planning to return for a week in a few months. We highly recommend this condo and Michelle and Joe are very kind and considerate people. When I contacted her regarding a recommendation she not only informed me but assisted me in the process. My husband and I hope to meet them one day because they really made a huge difference in the quality of our short vacation in Las Vegas.
