Incredible remodel! Steps to East Beach. Heated Pool.
A quasi 3000 piedi quadrati "Tabby il 12" è la casa sulla spiaggia con spazio per tutti. È solo una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia, ma se vuoi un po 'di privacy, la casa ha la sua piscina. La piscina può essere riscaldata per le fresche giornate autunnali e invernali. La tassa per il riscaldamento della piscina è di $ 100 per prenotazione. We had a wonderful time in this house! The design is more beautiful than it appears in the photos, and the layout of the rooms felt open and comfortable. The two king bedrooms are huge with luxurious bathrooms. Super clean! The pool is small-ish, but plenty of room for two kids and two adults to play about. The company was responsive to a user-error issue on check-in, and was very patient! They know their stuff. Great stay. Thank you!

First visit to SSI
The house is beautiful and every bit as amazing as the pictures. Very convenient to everything and the beach access is even closer than we thought! The pool and sitting area with fireplace are very well maintained and even had a great weber gas grill. Theres so much space for everyone. We had 6adults and 1 child and still had room for more! Nice, quiet neighborhood, and very well maintained!! And the pictures of the bathrooms do no justice to the actual size and beauty...they are huge! We very much enjoyed the kitchen with huge commercial gas stove/oven. 3 great dining spots and even a screened in side porch with extra fridge, and porch swing bed and extra seats to just sit and chill 😎 we will definetly be back!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The two primary bedroom suites and two additional bedrooms worked perfectly for our group that consisted of two families with 4 kids total (ages 13,10,9 and 2). The heated pool was a blessing since we didn’t have the warmest weather every day. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and grilling as we made most of our meals. Location is amazing- we walked to beach every AM for sunrise and every PM for sunset. The only thing that we would recommend adding would be some hooks for hanging up towels in bathroom to hang up wet towels and swimsuits. Overall was a wonderful vacation home.

Awesome house. Recently renovated and beautiful inside. Love the two master suites that are separated as well as the separate TV room. Pool is great though a bit narrow but love that it was heated. Emmons was quick to respond to any needs. On the far end of east beach so does require a bit of a dune walk to get to the beach but this seems to be increasing as the edge of the island changes shape over the last several years due to the tides. Would love to see the addition of a desk somewhere in the house for us virtual workers. Even under the TV in the 2nd TV room would be useful.

Emmons staff was helpful.A couple of suggestions:Ditch the checkout list which sounds like something a nagging mother would leave—strip the beds, take out the trash, start the dishwasher, clean the grill. People are on vacation AND they are paying for a cleaning service to clean the house. All this should be covered.(Don’t move the pool furniture?)There are also fees that are probably never charged, but sound obnoxious—$50 plus postage to return something left at the house and $65 if a reservation is made and cancelled the same day.

Beautiful home. Recently remodeled and it looks great. Perfect setup for families. Our teenagers had their own space to hang out and watch tv. Home was clean. Everyone had a great time!

This property is super run down. Basically falling apart. Pool is nice but also falling apart. This house needs at least $500K in renovations.

Great location for family beach vacation
Our family of 6 loved our vacation stay. Emmons Realty folks were responsive and helpful. The home is in a great spot — steps to the beach and close to shopping and the Pier Village. We were able to enjoy cooking together, dips in the pool and family movie nights.

Great!
We were two families with 4 toddlers/preschoolers between us. While the house was not childproofed, it has a lot of character, plenty of room, great heated pool, and close proximity to the dunes (waterline was a fun hike through the dunes!) The amenities of the house were great...fully stocked kitchen (except for storing leftovers) -- PLENTY of cookware, dinnerware, glasses, utensils, etc! Bathrooms were stocked with nicer toilet paper, soap and plenty of towels. Ample linens throughout. Plenty of space. The pool was perfection. We really enjoyed our short beach visit and stay in this home! And communication with Emmons was terrific and easy!

We enjoyed our first visit the St. Simons and Tabby on 12th. The East Beach neighborhood is great and the home was spacious and well-appointed. Having the pool was a huge plus. While it was just my wife and I staying, I could see this home as perfect for a large family.
Our only issues: 1) the beach access on 12th Street is a challenge. The trail led through a marsh and we were eaten alive by mosquitoes. We had to walk down to Gould’s Inlet (4 blocks) to get on the beach. 2) The unit was a bit dirty when we arrived.
Emmons Realty was very responsive and attentive and they deserve high marks. We would definitely recommend Tabby on 12th, particularly for large families/groups.

Awesome experience!
We were here for my Bachelorette party and the house was perfect. The rooms were spacious, everyone had a bed, and the walk to the beach was short. The pool was also a nice touch. Highly recommend staying here!
