Clean and comfortable room with nice fixtures, DELICIOUS breakfast, extremely nice staff who always went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Would definitely recommend to others without a doubt. The pool looked lovely (smallish), but we didn't have time to use it. The breakfast system was nice, considering the pandemic makes it impossible to do buffets these days. It was easily the best system I've used so far. They had us fill out a little survey online every night to put in our requests for breakfast the next morning (several options available, and you can always get more the morning of).

The front door system is a little strange (you have to buzz in every time), and the door doesn't always open properly so a lot of times the front desk person had to come open it for us. More of a hassle for them than for us, though.

The people were really lovely. The decor is really beautiful. Breakfasts were great.

There was a technical problem that was promptly fixed.

The most wonderful and kind staff and service. Amazing location in Palermo close to all the restaurants and shops and in general cool area. Lovely bed and pool area and refreshingly quite in the city. Also lovely breakfast with everything you could want :-)

Cocktail options in the hotel bar could be nice but cheap good champagne or cappucino at a moments notice!

Everything! What you notice is the amazing staff, cant be more friendly or keen to help out and make your stay amazing. 😍
